[Approved] Time for allow commission staking

[NukeACola]

Why go through all of the work and have to duel someone? Why can't we have people the commission gamble against a random number gen?

They dont provide the same dopamine as an actual duel. Also random number generators can be rigged and arent actually truly random LIVESTREAMFAILS - Watch your favorite Streamers fail!

Seems like the same issues with the duel arena.

After some discussion we are going to be setting up a commission staking section in the near future with some restrictions.

Details will be announced hopefully some time this week.
