Commission Staking (OSRS)

[OsrsServicesAndSales]

hey, I was just curious if commission staking is allowed? Wanting to offer a commission staking service but I want to make sure it’s allowed before I go and do that, also if it is where would I post a thread offering the service?

Thanks for your help in advance, cheers!
