Actually, if your kidneys aren't working, you'll be dead, very, very quickly. There are other toxins in your blood that kidneys remove.

Yes, but for example my moms kidneys werent working well, but she found out after many years.

And what I ment was not kidneys not working, I ment not working as they could be working, and not being able to handle all of the acid from the blood.

If they're working well enough to let you survive, they're working well enough to handle whatever fractional amount of uric acid comes from the occasional ingestion of pork.

So she never found out how she would react if she consumed meat containing blood.

The experiement is suposed to prove the phsycological effect of pork meat.

2 male rats were given food to eat, containing cow meat.
After a month they were put in a cage with a female rat.
The 2 male rats then fought for the female.

The same 2 male rats were then given food containing pork meat.
After a month they were again put into a cage with a female rat.
The 2 male rats did not fight each other, but instead "shared" the female rat.

Im trying to find an source for this experiement on the web.

What do you think about it? And also, does pigs have worms in them?

well, since im a muslim its my duty to teach you about quran XD,

nah im just going to say what i think is right, most people here are christians, now it seems as though that the bible and quran are EXACTLY the same. It could be already pointed out, but it isnt. The quran is actually much more intresting then the bible, not to be rude or anything. The bible just explains the commaments and prophets of christians? i might be wrong dont flame me,

Now the quran, which i have a better understanding off, not only explains our prophets, but also explains storys and a better understanding of, um lets say the devil / hell. Now im not saying its a super book with all your answers, but it does explain in better detail then the bible if i have to admit,

Dont think of me as a racist or anything to other religions or such, i respect gays / or any other culture or belief (i.e athesit). I should how-ever, give a link or a post of the quran, but in the english version so you peeps can have a better understanding =P,

Hi, I'm muslim - And the reason why Muslims and people like me don't eat Pig is that Allah said Pig is a dirty creature and the non-believers shall eat but Muslims shall not. I think it is what you guys are discussing. I think the religion of Islam is the religion that everyone should believe in. If you don't have a religion I think you should start believing in the Islamic fate. Currently Muslims and Islam is in the media a lot due to the fact of Jews. Now.. I think I'm getting into another discussion but If you are offended by what I said above then do not read on. But I think Jews have caused Muslims and Islam to get into the media a lot because one of there laws of there religions try and keep attention away from themselves and cause other religions to die down until there are none and only Juddism left. Btw. Most media companys etc. are run by Jews and most rich people are Jews. I think Jews are trying to make people not like Muslims and Islam because then there would be more of there believes and less compotition in the religion race...

In the Quran there is all the answers that are relevant for humans to know and no more, meaning that the unexplained is not relevant for humans to know and will only harm create.
Not much in the Quran is not explained but there is some, and this is something antiislamic people keep taking advantage of trying to prove for people that islam is bad.
As a muslim you believe in god and what ever he has said you must believe in. And ofcourse atheist, antimuslims and many other people do not believe in god, so you cant just tell them that was god has said you must not question, since for them there is no god, so the solution is to instead tell them and explain to them all of the other proves in the quran, and by that those atheist or people would slowly believe in god, and once they believe in god you can tell them as a respond in case they ask about the un explained factors in the quran, that god said it him self, and what ever god has said you must not question!

A bit off topic though, but just felt like saying since you wrote that the quran has not all answers.

Also regarding the Bibel-Quran comparement this is wrong. The Bibel is not the words of god the Quran is! More muslims all over the world continue through generations to remember every single page in the quran to prevent people from changing it. This is something that has taken place since the beginning of islam. But the Bibel was 100% changed from gods direct words to the silly words of humans.

This is the difrence between the Bibel-Quran which states that it is a sin to compare them with each other simply because the original Bibel was changed from the words of god to the words of humans. Such comparement means wether its in your intentions or not that the Quran is written by humans which is BS.

Generally, telling people just to "accept it, no questions asked" is not a very wise way of doing things. Each person should reason for themselves what is right or wrong, not accept the opinions of somebody else based upon their authority.

1). The function of kidneys is somewhat relevant. We were discussing how relevant the presence of uric acid is in pig's blood, and whether the human kidney would be able to handle it.

2). I'd like to see a few of those inconsistencies.

Well, most people don't (except those who eat black pudding).

I just explained it to you! The reason that I do not question the unexplained factors in the quran is simply because god said it, and since I believe in god and trust god, why do I need to know more about the subject other than what he has written! The quran praises muslims who question, since they have no right to question what god has written, if they trully believe in him.
And if some atheist comes to me and instead of having read all of the explanations asks about the few unexplained factors, I will as I wrote before tell the person about the explained factors til he/she reaches the point of trully believing in god, and once he/she does believe in god, they will understand that they cannot question what god personally has chosen not to explain for us.

Yes I know it WAS and so was the Torah, but muslims believe that both was changed from gods words to the words of humans which is also true!

The old testament was untouched but somewhere between year 400-500 it was changed from gods direct words to having being edited and written into the new testament. You cant deny this!

I agree with you but its not like I tell people to just shut up and do as the book says if they ask me about some unexplained factors. I will as I have told you many times by now start by proving for them that there is an god, and once that is acomplished I can tell them to shut their mouth and stop asking about explinations for the very few unexplained factors in the quran unexplained and advice them to keep reading about the explained to make their believe in god stronger.

There is no way to prove that that is what god trully has said or wether it in fact is and edited or fully changed version of gods words (old testament).
