Small Pardon Change for DNT Users

People that scam shouldn't even be given a pardon... it's unfair to the legitimate players out there.

 

Sometimes things are out of their control and their accounts are compromised or something happens with a worker. Plus this is only an effect on people whom have paid all their debt back anyway so their mistakes can be forgiven. I personally like the change.

 

Not sure why you needed to say that. Just stating my opinion has nothing to do with my reputation as a gold seller.

 

The way the user base of this site has been for the past 3 or so months is complete garbage. Rarely any new active members. Not many people are left, and not many are active. The only thing i see this changing is DNT users paying back, then scamming even more just like Chris did.

To this community OP to me seems like it doesn't give a damn if people scam as long as it's paid back and they look like they're being active in community. When really to me even if they pay back the next day they should still wait the entire six months so they can prove they are active, 3 months flys pass, half a year shows whether they really want to be apart of the market. As can be proved by certain staff members tht have scammed or been pardoned, but have gone to high positions in staff .... everyone knows who that may be in present or past. Clearly this site does not care if you have scammed, it only adds to your character. Mod Application: " I scammed a long time ago, I learned from my lesson and repaid back and pardoned" *yeh let's give him admin* .. only adds to the character.

Also I agree with what Ex said, all DNT has done is bring in toxic members, only making the community toxic, eventually we're going to have Richard remove defacing pics rules cos he doesn't care. I don't see any new members that aren't just evaders. We rarely see any older members that come for a bit and leave again. Community becomes extremely stagnant and even CDT events can't change that activity. The only thing people come here for is market and leave.

Maybe you should ask CDT to bring out an event made for scammers, you know the lovely purge event, a day for DNTs who have scammed to truly integrate into the community.

 

Well, that's not what I do at all. I'm mostly active on Technology though, I barely use the marketplace anymore but I enjoy the forum for what it is, I don't feel like its all that toxic to be honest, I just stay out of the spam forum as that is probably where more people act the way you describe.

I feel that the Sythe RSPS and CDT events are a great thing to improve and enlarge the community around Sythe. At the end of the day, every forum has its flaws, and Sythe is one of the forums where atleast we see active projects going on to develop our community.

 

Very good rule... if they have paid back all their debts I don't see why they shouldn't be able to pardon asap rocky;P

 

a decision i stand by in the community :3 this is the right direction we need to take in order to bring back older users to this site
