Small Pardon Change for DNT Users

If a user has been given a DNT, has paid back all their debt, and has been active in the community, they are eligible to apply for a pardon after 3 (rather than 6) months.

Why?

DNTs are meant to be the first step in assimilating back into the Sythe community and 6 months after taking every step to assimilate is a long wait. They will still go through the pardon process as normal, but will have the opportunity to pardon earlier given the steps they have taken.

Why?

 

Seems reasonable to me.

 

6 months isn't that long... if they're truly committed to returning as a "normal" user then they would wait the 6 months, rather than complain about having to wait about being a normal user again (when they were mercifully let back in the first place).

Good change, gives people who are actively trying to become a part of the community again and that have made up for their previous wrong doings more chance to reintegrate.

 

Does anyone even recall the last DNT user to repay their debt in full and pardon successfully besides @Chris, who is now banned?

I guess this adds more incentive to pay off their debt at a faster rate, but it really doesn't make much of a difference.

I hope @A Broken man will take advantage of this, considering how active he's been it seems he really wants to get rid of DNT.

 

I supported this change 110% - Quality change and I feel it will allow those with a DNT to become active in the community to shorten their sentence.

 

Great change, there was no reason for it to be as long as it was.

if you're on sythe and you scam someone you don't need to come back,even after repayment, people on here are human beings and when running a business you simply cannot take from people.

But i love tmoe,hes done alot for me and has helped me more than anyone. I saw the other thread and i know this change was basically voted on

If you've had a DNT in the past that people have already seen nobody is going to trust you anyway IMO

Hope everyone else is pleased with this update though.

It's just my opinion.

You're entitled to yours aswell but I'm not talking out of my ass,I will never risk my goods trading with someone who has a TWC or past DNT (unless they pay me first or intend to use an OMM and pay for OMM aswell)

Surely will not accept anything but 07 from them either because chargebacks or buy accounts they could recover.
