I've been looking for 5 years. I'm currently facing a class D felony charge for not paying child support due to not having a job. In those 5 years I've had 4 interviews.
The first interview they told me to come back the next day for a piss test, when I did, they said I wasn't even supposed to be there and that they'd call me.
The second interview I could not attend due to not having a ride and called to reschedule but they never did so.
The third interview the manager wasn't even there to interview me, I showed up, they claimed the manager had left early and would give me a call tomorrow, she never did.
The fourth interview I got the job. I went to orientation today. Seems like a sweet job and if I don't take it, I'll go to prison for violation of probation.
But then, I looked up the company because a few people told me it sounded too good to be true... I found some information, if you read all of this post I found, then you will see I might be looking at even more time behind bars IF I DO TAKE THE JOB!! What the fuck am I supposed to do?
According to the reviews I've found the company has gone by the names: RDC Distributing, Team Enterprises, Team Navigator, CR & Associates, and are also going by the name United Solutions right now
All the info I can find of them changing names is because of being shut down due to legal stuff. This will explain more:
They did not tell me what I would be doing until today in the orientation. They claimed I have the guarnteed 525 per week, they promised me money for the practice weekend this coming weekend, they told me I don't have to go door to door and its all done by appointments and that they also do buisness with a lot of repeat customers. The boss is indeed Russel Custard as they said so in the orientation. I could get into legal trouble for soliciting without a license???

"People need to be warned to stay away from that company! They do very shady business and there have been so many testimonials that I've come across from people who have had extremely negative experiences with them. From what I've researched I believe they've been shut down for legal purposes 3 times total? That's why they keep changing their names and locations.
I just went through a crazy ordeal with them as well. I worked for them for a little over a week, working insane hours averaging 9:30am to 1:30am every day. What they do is sell Kirby vacuums door-to-door throughout Missouri. It's sad because the Kirby is actually a very nice machine and distributors like CR Distributing are giving them a bad reputation.
I couldn't stay with that company because I didn't feel like making my "fortunes" they promised me by lying to get into peoples' houses and begging them to buy vacuums. I'm just a 19-year-old college student trying to pay my way through college. I don't need a company like that as part of my reputation. If you do some research you'll find a lot more on them that I'm sure a lot of people would have something to say about. Customers and former employees. The worst part? I didn't even receive my check they owed me after I quit. After several phone calls I got the commission I was owed from the one Kirby I sold on my "practice weekend." They also owed me a guaranteed $525 for working the week I did 15 demos (12 for the week including 3 from my practice weekend that they told me they would include for the next week). I worked the week of May 12th through the 18th and it's June 19th and I just received a $125 check after several more phone calls from myself and my parents. They claim it's because my paperwork wasn't filled out correctly, but every time I asked someone to help me get the information from each house I needed for it I was told it would be taken care of for me. I worked nearly 16 hours every day for them and my millionaire boss, Russell Custard, couldn't afford to be honost and pay me the money they owed me even though I quit.
After quitting I did some research, like I said, and found so many testimonials like mine about CR Distributing and other Kirby distributors. This is a dishonest company toward employers and customers and I'm shocked that they're still in business! I just think that it should be put out there for people to steer clear of them. If you're going into an interview from United Solutions or something like that where they don't really tell you what it's for or what you'll be doing, STAY AWAY. They'll tell you have a guaranteed weekly pay of $525 and possibly more - lie. They'll tell you that you don't have to go door-to-door and that they have appointments - lie. They tell you that you're helping customers that have been with the company for years - lie, you're actually avoiding those customers because they don't want to help them or lose money! They'll also tell you that in a matter of months you'll be on your way to being a millionaire if you stay with their company. Yes, that can happen if you are good at and don't mind dealing with crooks and lying to customers. Also if you don't mind working under illegal conditions (for example, if you get arrested for soliciting without a license, CR Distributing will not help you out because to them you aren't technically an "employee" you're an "independent contractor." Meaning you also don't get any benefits. But that's also something they are doing illegally and have completely wrong."

Also just read this:
"You have heard right about them being shut down three times. They used to have locations in Eldon and Sedalia under the name RDC Distributing, and were shut down for legal reasons at both locations. They also had a previous location in Columbia under the name Team Enterprises where they were also shut down for legal reasons. They came back at their current location a couple of years ago under the name Team Navigator, and are now changing their name on a regular basis. They don't even have a company name on their outdoor sign anymore, just a shadow image of a rhino. The company owner has a nickname "Rusty Rhino" is where they got the rhino image from. They have been making the news quite a bit lately for being run out of certain areas for soliciting door to door without being licensed or certified. I even saw one of their guys knocking door to door at an apartment complex after 10 PM, which is a great way to have somebody call the law on his ass! If you're a student at Mizzou, they are almost always hiring positions for students on campus, and actually do pay honest weekly or bi-weekly paychecks. So much better deal than going door to door trying to sell used vacuums for $2,000 a piece in this terrible economy, and then not to get paid for what you do. They also have another branch in Jefferson City called Timberline Home Care Center, which is the same scheme. Don't even waste your time applying there either."
