Should I try weed?

I wouldn't. Sure, some people enjoy it, but the consequences of being caught, having to deal with parents/other people's disapproval, being busted, etc. are just too much in my opinion.

 

Nah sounds like it hit you. Even my first few times being actually high I didn't laugh. I started laughing hysterically like my 5th time high (through my 100th time high lol).

Now from here on out, try and see how much tolerance you have for it. If you eventually start to notice you don't get high as easily, take a break and let your tolerance go down a bit.
After weekends of frequent toking, I'll usually take a 1-2 week break so that the next time I bake, I get HIGH as BALLS.

 

Marijuana is great, if you stick to the usual joint, when you start doing things like slamming on the bong etc its getting out of control, I do like to smoke, but I have friends which smoke every single day on the bong and they can't sleep without it.

Smoke or not, its your choise.

 

1 tip: i started smoking since i was in eigth grade and im about to be a senior. If i could go back in time i wouldn't have smoked till i was 18 to be completely honest.

You cant really handle weed when youre young and if you're around your friends when theyre stoned and youre not, youll realise how fucking dumb they act. Smoke for your own good and make sure you use it for its true calue. Not to act like a dumbass

 

I asked myself the same question Freshman year, I am now a senior, smoking weed almost everyday, and my life is just as it was before I asked this very same question.

Pretty much everyone in my school smokes, you'd probably be surprised by some people who do but just to many people do now. It's alot of peoples first drug and should stay their only drug. If you do end up getting into other drugs research them before just saying 'Fuck it' don't OD on some stupid stuff. Just be careful with what you do. But imo weed is fine just don't give up on sports cause of it

 

very simple. get some weed. sit in a room BY YOUR SELF. either smoke it alone and enjoy it or dont smoke at all.

If the only reason your doing it is for your friends and not your own personal gain then your going to regret it

Mate you only live once enjoy life while you can you never know whats around the corner give weed a try.

 

I personally think you shouldn't try it and I have a few reasons why.

1. It messes up your brain.
2. You're asking if you should do it because of your friends, that's self-peer pressure.
3. It costs a lot.
4. Weed could lead to other drugs, because you tried it and maybe you liked it and then you wanted to try different drugs, it could lead to death.
and 5. You have good grades, you should know what to do...

 

I was in pretty much the exact same situation as you. When I was a freshman, a few of my good friends started to smoke. I play varsity hockey as well, and get good grades. At the time I thought it wasn't a good idea, but later that year I tried it and really enjoyed it. I used to only do it at parties, but I do it daily now. I still play sports and get the same grades, it just makes things more enjoyable. Try it, you won't regret it.

 

I'm glad you enjoyed it but watch out. Don't become one of your friends who do it constantly-- you have grades and sports going for you so... Just be responsible. I've seen too many people get addicted and screw their lives over with it in my 4 years of highschool.

 

Do it if you want to, don't do it to maintain friendships.
