Return to a more section oriented staffing structure

Why didn't it work well? Is there a way we can modify the team lead system to make it function?

 

Because it was too heavily focused on sections and that let the rest of the site suffer. It's basically the opposite of what we have now.

 

I think we could bring a portion of it back. I hate the idea that almost every mod is in control of like 3 sections. I think we don't need as many administrators at the very least.
