PlayerAuctions Issues Resolution Thread

Hello, I just sold my Fortnite account 1 hour ago. I received an Email from PA that said :
PlayerAuctions Order ID 4993452 Pending Your Delivery
There is a link to my order details , but when I clik on it, it shows me this page :
However I see that I should have this kind of image instead :
Also the buyer already changed Passwords, etc...
Is it normal or should I be worried ?

When the disbursement time finish you will receive your money

 

Or it will get stuck on Queued for immediate process and you have to contact someone to solve your problem just like we are doing here haha

 

yea or your money stuck on Being processed now...Because paypal was remove from Playerauctions.. Now i must waiting when support change on my account Disbursement method to skrill and release my money to account.

Paypal was removed from PA ? x) if it's this, it's kind annoying because I need the money to be send on Paypal.
But my primary concern is that I don't have the order detail, or the buyer informations, is it because he already confirmed the order ?

 

so we are screwed now ? we wont get our money or like 20-30 days?
they literally take ages to respond to you lol

 

Yea Paypal was remove from playerauctions ...I mean few days ago.. I sold account and now my money are in stuck on page...Because they cannot send me money to paypal. I must send ticket to support. Calling with support Identification my ID order and what i need(Change disbursement method to skrill) and now i must waiting 1-2 bussines day to change in order to skrill and after change method to skrill, after this they release my money to skrill.

 

I hate playerauctions

 

Can i change my payment settings in update disbursement account or do i need to contact them..?

 

Try it. It didn't change me anymore. Because i had Disbursement time: "Being processed now". after this you must contact playerauction support to change it for Skrill or payoneer.

 

We couldn't change your information because we are currently disbursing your orders. Please try again in a few hours?
So there is no way but contact them?

Ach you must contact support. You cannot change it....They dont send anything to paypal. You need change disbursement method to skrill or payoneer. But this can change only support.

 

They ask for requirements or they change it without any verification because this is so disgusting right now..

 

Yea they need verification.... They send you 4 STEPTS: Playerauction name....Current email, New email what you change(Skrill or payneer account). Reason why you need change.. Transfer ID your order...And last they need time when they can calling you for Identification these 4 steps.

No problem. I have same problem when i sold account. Stuck in "Being processed now" to paypal. And i must wrote ticket and calling with support, after this they send me to my email messeage "in 1-2 bussines days they change disbursement method to my skrill email and release my money from order.
