    Hello again, Mua. I was able to check and our team is still waiting for a reply from your buyer. To offer my take on this: just in case it happens again, please note that if your resold an account and the original owner reclaims it back, the buyer has the right to get a refund in case he is able to prove his claim. You may note use the reason that the account was 2nd hand and was bought off somebody else; all accounts are sold under the pretense that buyers would be able to use them properly without fear of it being taken. If the account is reclaimed, then it would be your responsibility to provide a replacement account.

    For this case, however, we would still need the buyer's reply before the case can move forward.

    Hello Jake. Our team is currently monitoring the dispute. However, it's still not yet escalated and it will have to naturally transpire. After a few more changes, if no decision can be made, there will be a button that says "dispute" that you may click — once you click that, our team will get acknowledgement to enter the dispute and make a decision based on evidences gathered from you.

    Hello Pukuvi. I checked on your account and unfortunately, we can no longer reverse the decision to suspend you. Our team received several reports via email, not by dispute, that you recovered many accounts. Not only that but there were several instances where you provided fake information during account orders. All your disbursements will be held indefinitely as per our policy with suspended accounts.

    All of the accounts that I have sold were bought with one year insurance. So if any of the accounts would have been stolen, I would have known that.. That means there is no way any account was stolen. Thats definitely an error on your end.... You can suspend my account if you think that it's correct, but you don't have any reason to not send me my payment for last account that I sold.

    Hello. I sent the wrong amount of BTC to an order, and it never verified payment. Can you give me in store credit? I have all the information/proof and order ID.

    But it's been a while since he bought it. It's probably passed 2 months or so over a guarantee that a seller can give. I really understand his loss as I got scammed for $1500+ myself but I can't be responsible for the account too long

    All suspensions are done manually and they are never placed accidentally. You can verify the status of your account by emailing [email protected] or [email protected] and they would tell you the same thing. As for your payments, I'm afraid they're already frozen indefinitely as per our policy.

    Hey, sure. We'll check and if the payment was absorbed by our system, we can definitely issue you a coupon. Could you please PM me the order ID? Or to have this processed faster, email [email protected] (using the email address registered on your PlayerAuctions account — for us to know it's you), include the order ID and ask for a refund via a coupon and our staff will take care of it for you. Do both (PM me AND contact support) for good measure.

    Hello again. For order 4771652, I've already notified our staff about this and requested for a follow up on it.

    As for order 4943453, yes — Buyer's remorse can NOT be used as a reason for the buyer to ask for a refund. Please state this in the dispute/email thread so our staff can take notice, but rest assured that our team always checks buyer reasons for angles like this, and I'm sure it was already considered.

    Hey, i have an issue.
    I bought a ironman account, but i made sure to ask the seller if he had every info about the account, including first password etc.
    He told me he had every single bit of information (he had to lookup a trans ID, but that was fine by me)

    He gives me the info, changes email etc. So i try to fill in a recovery form on the runescape website, and about 4 appeals later they all have been denied. They said the following info was wrong; Membership info and creation password and the password that has been on the account the longest has been wrong/incorrect.
    When i asked the seller why he gave me incorrect membership info and previous passes (cause thats why the appeal has been denied) he keeps saying they are correct, while the appeals still keep denying.

    When i ask him to just refund me, because the info he gave me was obviously incorrect, he refuses. a few hours later the account has actually been recovered by him. (probably because i was asking for a refund, because the info was incorrect)

    The dispute is already opened, but i am wondering is there anything else i can supply/do prove my case? Im scared im down ALOT of money, and have no account.

    Hello Alfardy. Thanks a lot for the detailed report.

    I was able to check and luckily at this point, your seller's payment is already frozen so you still have a lot of control in this case. You need to establish that the seller provided you faulty information. Were you able to talk about this using the messenger on our site? If you did, then that's a first good step because the discussion would be easily verifiable by our team. Take screenshots of the conversation where he gave you the info, and you can show that the info doesn't work by taking screenshots (or better yet, a video uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo — it would be best to keep it short, nothing more than 2-3 minutes).

    Include proof as well that the account was recovered by showing screenshots on your end that the account can no longer be opened, perhaps a screenshot of any email notification that you received (include the part of the email that shows the time stamp and other details).

    Please send them as soon as you can; our support team told me the case is already escalated to our team for a decision. This means all evidences will now be reviewed and a decision can be made anytime soon.

    Other than that, I would just recommend you to be active in replying to make sure you don't lose out by default.

    Ok so here's my issue, I purchased an account from this site, i got the account and everything seemed fine, then a couple months down the line the original owner somehow regained access to the account and hasnt replied to my messages. I contacted playerauctions and its been about a week, the only response ive gotten was the first day saying they contacted the seller and nothing else has been done. I sent a follow up message to check the status and got no reply either. So far i'm out over $300 and support doesnt seem to care to help.

    Hello Taylor. I was able to check and I have now requested a follow up on your behalf.

    Sorry I have to be transparent about this, but it turns out the order was purchased without insurance. Even if it's proven that the account was reclaimed, we cannot issue a refund as per policy, as only orders with insurance are eligible for this — and even then, substantial proof is required. I'm just setting your expectations. That said though, our team will exhaust every option available.

    It would be best to send a follow up email on your issue in case there is still no reply in about 5+ hours upon the time of the sending of this message.

    Hello Bigmarlin. Sorry for the inconvenience on this. Your suspension is already removed, however this order was halted when that happened. You now need to reply back to ticket 254055, or simple email [email protected] (using your PA registered email address), include the order ID and show proof that you were able to complete this order (order 4925832). You should have no problems because there were no disputes from your buyer — so far. We have this in place because the order happened during your suspension period and it might not be possible for the order to have taken place. Once you've shown proof, our support team will review it and release the payment accordingly.

    Some guy bought my LoL account, got it banned for using 3rd party software. He disputed it and won the dispute after I've given evidence showing that the account was not banned when he received it and that he played on it when the ban occurred. He also changed all the e-mail info so I cannot even appeal through Riot support. Basically left me without a League account and any money. Disguisting way of trading and totally not secure like you guys claim to be. So called ''protection against chargebacks'' my ass. Ticket #253974. Sold so many accounts on this website and yet you guys rather choose to side with the person who has 0 reputation.

    Is PayPal still available as payment option? I don't see it anywhere on the "Payment Settings" page, also the total disbursement amount (Pending) is gone now. I can see that the website is being updated but i'm still curious about this and whether it will come back.

    Someone had problem with disbursement on this page? I sold my account few days ago. Classic i had 3 days, yesterday i had NOW BEINg PROCESSED ..To sending my paypal. Ok i wait but still nothing sending to my paypal account. When i try wrote to support , their answer was: Thank you for your email. I apologize for the inconvenience but Paypal is now permanently unavailable to use on the site. For disbursements, best to use Payoneer or Skrill. You can also use Bank Transfer if you want to stack your disbursements and be released at once, the fee for Bank Transfer is $70.

    I appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.

    I dont understand it. PAYPAL method was normal on choice when i solding account. There was nowhere PERMANENTLY UNAVAILABLE change to skrill or Payoneer. And now after few day being processed. I can not change payment method to Skrill or anything others. A still see processed sending to my paypal account.


    What do I do about it now?

    After when i my order was Proccesed being was remove paypal from Disbursement. I change my email to Skrill email but on skrill i cannot click and change it. Only email from paypal to skrill email. And support doesnt respond me. When i want sending my money to skrill account.

    After many times i finally can change email from my paypal to skrill...But i cannot change payment method on skrill..In order i still see PAYPAL Disbursement.. but to my skrill email.

    Hello, i had 100% positive feedbacks but one day customer bought acc then changed acc info and gave me negative feedback for nothing, his feedback: "I almost call you a mother's pussy" maybe he think that its funny, but i want to delete the undeserved feedback, can you help?     You must write on support with this problem..They send you questionnaire and after this they calling you for Identification. And after this they messeage 1-2 bussines day will change it....That's how it worked for me. And now i waiting...Because i have stuck money from trade on their page on paypal disbursement method and i cannot change it to skrill account.

    Hello I sold an account on PA everything was good the disbursement finished and it has been 4 days since its finished and yet i have no received my money its total amount of 85$ but fees its gone to 73.11
