    Hi there, John. I checked on the ticket thread and our team asked for evidence, as stated in the message:

    - Correspondences from the game publisher regarding the status of the account or a change in account owner information. Please take a screenshot of the email or notification, including complete email headers and/or URL's.

    - Any additional supporting documentation. For instance, a URL to an offer for the account on our site or a similar trading website/forum; written admissions of guilt by the seller; screenshots of in-game harassment from other players, etc.


    I checked on the seller's email thread and he hasn't sent a reply yet.

    While you're here, I would like some clarification regarding the dispute. You previously stated that no promises could be made on PA's end due to the lack of insurance on my end. However, it seems clear that the seller is actively selling botted accounts. Why would insurance be necessary in this case? I imagine this is a clear violation of PA's TOS and goes against your practices. Thank you.

    Hey sorry I realized I did not reply back to your previous inquiry about this.

    I consulted our team and if it can be proven that the botting was done by the seller, even without insurance, we can arrange for a refund or a store credit coupon but this will have to be looked into by our upper management for approval and review. I made an earlier blanket statement that since there was no insurance, we can't promise anything but I was on the idea that the case you forwarded was because the account was reclaimed.

    I just did a payment with gocoin through Playerauctions. Invoice number:
    Invoice: f60f5dca-fdb9-432b-8ac5-764be273323a
    The payment expired as the exchange took too long for tranfer, yet of course the payment was eventually deducted and transferred to Playerauctions. Now I would urgently request to have my money send back to my account. I already canceled the order on Playerauctions. I really would like to purchase the item. So can you please transfer my money back ASAP so that I can do the transaction once again? Or alternatively could you store the value to my account? Than I will not have to do the transfer once again and just re-purchase. Thank you.

    Tried to purchase 30m gold from you guys twice, using two different cards. The order status said confirmed, then immediately after it said order failed. I was charged twice by you guys and would like a refund when possible. I also have the other order # and ticket.

    Hey there, apologies for this. We have created you a new ticket where you can monitor the status, and we have now escalated it; ticket number is 212035. I will also write back there once the refund is complete.

    I'm afraid for declined payments such as this, the only other payment option you can use is GoCoin. You may try checking your account information again to make sure all info is accurate and up-to-date, and that you're using a long-standing and active email address --- once you've double checked on this, try paying again but if it fails, I'm afraid GoCoin is your only option.

    Hello, so a guy recently bought my account, it had an authenticator on, i was in work so i couldnt remove it in time,he created dispute, i removed authenticator, and now he just escalated dispute saying that there is an email on the account. He did not even contact me before escalating, or anything, as i was ready to change the email on his.I have now changed the email and provided all the information. Can you please close dispute in my favour? I have changed the email and stuff right now so he has 100% ownership of the account.

    Hey, i am really dissapointed in you guys, and im bout to make a thread on the whole internet to prove tjat you guys are scamming innocent people. So a guy disputed the order, because i was at work and couldnt remove auth, then i removed it and he accidentaly escalated the dispute, after that ive changed everything for him, he confirmed in dispute and wrote to you guys, and now, my dispute has been closed in his favour, he got refunded, i got suspended, also i had another account sold , i was about to get paid in 12 hours, what the actual f*** are you even doing there?? Who works on your team?? Some blind people or what? I want you to restore my account and pay me for the other account that was pending payment, scamming me is not an option.

    Sorry Flashdown, but the decision is final. Our staff found out that you were reclaiming the account for this order. You also have a long history of bogus/duplicated usernames at PlayerAuctions that we have suspended/locked periodically. Under these circumstances, we can no longer reinstate your account.

    I tried placing an order 16 days ago but was having issues with your website and 404 errors. Long story short my order cancelled itself but payment was still taken and after countless efforts of reaching out the PA I still have not go my
    Money back when I expected a cancelled order to be dealt with quickly.

    Just wondering what the issue might be and why no one will contact me.

    Update: So I was just told from Risk Management my account was

    "Your account was suspended due to our risk management policies and industry compliance. For security reasons, we will not be reinstating your account. This decision is final and binding.

    As stated in our User Agreement, PlayerAuctions may suspend or terminate a Registered User's Account at any time if:

    a. In PlayerAuctions' sole and absolute determination, there is any breach of the provisions of this Agreement by the Registered User; or
    b. PlayerAuctions has reasonable grounds to suspect that information provided by a Registered User is untrue, inaccurate or is not current or complete; or
    c. PlayerAuctions believes that User conduct is harmful to the interests of PlayerAuctions, its employees, directors, affiliates, or other Users; or
    d. For any other reason in PlayerAuctions’ sole and absolute discretion."

    And I had assets that have been sold with pending payment meaning i'm at a loss even if I dont get reinstated into Player Auctions. I find it almost unacceptable that the dispute team sided with the buyer when it was clearly evident the problem was solved. To make it worse, my account had been suspended as this is my second dispute that had been escalated due to me forgetting to respond to the first one.
