    Hi there Pageth. I'm sorry but yes, only one phone number per account is allowed. The same phone number cannot be used on another account. If your other account is still open/active, what you can do is login there and change the number to something else; this way, the number is freed up for use on your current/active account. If this arrangement is not possible, you may email [email protected] so they can offer you other possible ways to possibly recover the phone number.

    Hello tand. Sorry for the wait; I have now escalated the dispute threads to our team to ask them if both cases can now be resolved. Please note that if it's still in dispute process, we still cannot close the case, as the purpose of the dispute is to give both users ample chance to air out their side and try to resolve it from their end.

    Hello dragan. Error 404 usually means your account is suspended. Could you check if it's still showing error 404? If it is, please email [email protected] using the email address on your PA account and provide your username so our team can check on your account status. Sorry for this. As for the reason, it's possible that this is a duplicate account and you already have one with us; we can only allow 1 account per person. It might be possible that our system also picked up irregularities on your information, which caused the auto suspension.

    Hello Player, Auctions; I would like to know why is my paypal being denied due to you guys quoting ''security risks that cannot be discussed''; I never had problems before with it or with paypal or my bank, since I called to check with them and they told me that is the merchant playerauctions denying the payments.

    Hello SoyUnaFuente. I'm sorry about this; We've installed a security system that automatically picks up erratic, suspicious, or misleading account information. Please double check the information on your PA and payment account and make sure your information is accurate and up-to-date. Make sure you are using a long-standing, active email address. Also, please check that your full names, address, numbers, and any other similar info are exactly the same on both the PA account and your payment account.

    I'm really sorry, this is the best that I can advice. Once you make sure of these, kindly try again at a later time. If it continues to fail, your only option would be to try paying with credit card or to be absolutely sure, GoCoin, as it's the payment method with the least checks on our end. Sincere apologies for the hassle.

    Hey Coco, I checked again with the team and the reason the two orders were closed, 3877411 and 3836170, is because you agreed on the seller's claim for both orders. This means the seller is amenable to receive his disbursement. I'm sorry but this is irreversible.

    That's incredibly stupid I'm sorry. I'm disputing with paypal. I've sent you evidence that both sellers recovered both accounts. They obviously tricked me into closing disputes so they could rehack me without consequences. I'm gonna dispute with bank, paypal, I'm sending evidence of your customer support and evidence that they recovered the acc.

    PLUS. Seems that you do not understand what happened. One of them hacked me and claimed to be an error, because I cba to e-mail jagex at that time I believed him and agreed to get the acc back THEN 2 WEEKS AFTER hacked me again.

    The other one took so damn long to change the e-mail so I had to dispute, because if I didn't dispute the order was going to be closed in his favor. Soon after I disputed he changed the e-mail so I closed that particular dispute. 1 WEEK AFTER he hacked me

    Playerauctions is a horrible website, I purchased a League of Legends account and the account was taken back within maybe a week of usage, I contacted league of legends support and they confirmed they took the account back as they deemed me not the original owner. I paid 450$ for this account and I contacted playerauctions they said they'd get the user to contact me back, mind you this user had 3.5k+ vouches and had "guarantee warranty" on any recovered accounts. I tried reasoning with playerauctions they said they told the user to contact me, he never contacted me after I sent him like 4-5 messages he just changed his positive rep to negative rep and never replied to my messages. Playerauctions then told me there was nothing they can do. Do yourselves a favor and never purchase any accounts on playerauctions ever.

    Hi Eren. I'm very sorry about this but there's two most likely reasons why this was closed. First, we always require evidence through an email correspondence from the publisher telling the buyer what happened to the account ("It was reclaimed by the original owner" --- something along those lines). Two, the email is different and this is LoL support saying the account was found out to be sold and that they're confiscating it. If this is the case, I'm truly sorry but we cannot account for this, as refunds can only be enacted if it's proven that the seller was at fault. I'm very sorry and if there's anything else I can help you with or if you have questions, please send me a PM anytime.

    I'm Rejuiced from player auctions, he's the one who scammed me, I sent in so much evidence and you guys just rule in the scammers side. I've lost 300$ now, even when I bought insurance for the axxountim not getting help in getting the acxount, or my momey back. Tand123 even deleted his playerauctions account, how much more evidence do you need? This is sick, how can you ecenso business like this?
