I see. Hopefully the seller will sort it out with you. Sellers usually resolve this more often than not for fear of getting their accounts suspended which usually comes with pending orders; the last thing they want to happen is to have all their money frozen for good.

It's a case-to-case basis and if he doesn't have any pending payments, I suggest you still go through creating a ticket if you could. The point of it is to at least try to get back a replacement account for you or possibly a refund. It's pretty cliche to say this but if there's a ticket filed for this, then at least you have a chance of getting back something, as opposed to not having that then there's no you're getting anything. I'll leave that up to you, Bro.

You can't get a refund from the seller because id rather have that?

 

If we can't get a refund then yes, we'll get the next best thing rather than nothing. Say in the ticket what you are aiming for --- refund or replacement account. That way the resolution can be steered towards that. I make no guarantees at this point but our team will find a way for you.

playerauctions disputed a payment to me for 2260$, i am owed 2000$ by them atm aswell. hopefully they reply to my emails.

 

I sent PA a message yesterday because they disputed a payment of $8,440. I was informed he was looking into it - but have yet received any other response.

 

no reply they just told me to accept the dispute but also the issue is that i have pending disbursements, ill wait 1more day and probably move away from pa and want my 30 powerleveling slots there refunded.

Are playerauction disbursements bugged? The last 3 orders where the buyer did not confirm delivery that were closed automatically after 72 hours all have
Disbursement Status: order closed unsuccessfully - buyer fully refunded.
This started happening yesterday.

 

yes noone is getting paid, no reply from playerauctions today for me and some highly reputable users bringing them a lot of volume on rs.

 

i love playerauctions but no responding for that long would be a bad sign

 

Also having troubles the last days when buyer doesnt confirm delivery:
Disbursement Status: order closed unsuccessfully - buyer fully refunded.

Anyone else having troubles with this? and any updates on this?

 

can you screenshot the order id? and the information about the history of the order

 

I emailed playerauctions about one of my orders, they said they did not refund the buyer, and that i will get a disbursement.

 

been a week already and no response on my order dispute, this is kinda ridiculous.

so I sold my Overwatch account and the buyer got the account(i asked him) on August 15th and changed email and pass and everthing. I said he paied already.
I waited 3 days for the disbursement time to expire, but 2 days later (today), I still didnt get my money. Pls fix this issue ASAP, I really need the money fast!
