    Clearly this:
    PlayerAuctions also opened a new support center in Manila 2014 to directly manage and control the quality of services rendered to its users.

    Has been a utter failure in terms of quality of service.

    What I find so astonishing is that playerauctions has people enjoying your site(over 500 5 star reviews on sitejabber alone) but then you have over 200 negative reviews which puts ur company in a D site ranking, then you have 93% negative reviews on the BBB, like is anyone over there doing PR relations besides you playerauctions?

    I give you props for helping everyone here and hope you continue to do so, but frankly you should honestly consider redoing a new support center, even g2apay and other sites similar to you are destroying you guys on the customer support level.

    Literally theres like 95% of your negative reviews are customer support, its literally making me sick you guys have not fixed this, literally, and I mean literally, 196 of the 220 something complaints are CUSTOMER SUPPORT related.

    I didn't even know you could even score a 7% positive rating with the BBB!


    Please on behalf of just about everyone, get ur support team together and go through ur BBB complaints and shit, 90% of your official complaints don't even have responses, let alone resolutions.

    I get your one person, but there is literally hundreds of active complaints, consider this post a massive issue resolution I'm posting on behalf of all these people- No I don't have one myself but this is ridiculous lol.

    i sold a account via playerauctions and have supposed to receive my money weeks ago apparently the buyer says the account has been recovered from the playerauctions person on the support ticket which is completely wrong because i have contacted the buyer , and he has stated the account is perfectly fine in his hands this is taking the piss in all honesty and you guys are holding money which i should have got by now! i have even got screenshots of the buyer proving the account is fine as well.

Thank you for your concern in bringing this up, we really appreciate it. I will be forwarding this to my colleagues so they can include your inputs in their plans and considerations. We'd like to apologize for any shortcomings in our service but rest assured, we do our best to hear out complaints and address them as best as we could.

    Hello, I have already sent messages through the playerauctions.kayako, and a message to [email protected], but I'm trying to receive an answer on the situation asap. my situation is that I bought an overwatch/battle.net account, and within 12 hours of purchase the account was reclaimed, when I brought it up with the seller he informed me that he has no ability to reclaim the account as there was a phone authenticator on the account prior to him selling the account, I am requesting a refund, preferably through paypal, however I would be fine with player auction credits.

    Yet to have had this settled. Look @ the time I made the original dispute. Site doesn't have live chat anymore apparently and nobody has replied to my emails or my request. To make it even worse, I can't even log into the request thing anymore which was from like two weeks ago. Best believe that 500 and change will be disputed.

    Could I please get some information regarding order ID 2564834 please. It has been like two months and nothing from you guys and I paid insurance. Ridiculous. I cannot even reclaim on the site anymore, my request was deleted and my private messages with the seller were all deleted. I cannot believe it.

    I purchased an account on player auctions and the seller refused to give me the email stating he would never play, took the account back the next day and agreed to refund the money. The seller confirmed the refund and the website says I was refunded my money however I have not received anything in my account and my payment to the website is the only thing pending. I've screened shot and kept logs of the order and money taken out of my account. I've emailed player auctions on their support page and haven't received an email other than a standard we have received your complaint..... TBH I was planning on buying another account but after researching more and more about the website and its issues with both its buyers and sellers It doesn't look like I will ever be doing business again
