    I'm very impressed, its clear that a lot of effort has been put into it, good work. I especially like that we can donate with Paypal directly now as opposed to contacting a bond holder

    The day the User Center was released, I donated $20 through direct PayPal and got the perks instantaneously. Now I just donated $20 again and will have to wait a bit more. =P Haha, PayPal always finds a way to get us frustrated.


    Anyway, when this happens are we supposed to PM Matthew in order to get our perks/rank? (I will do it just incase =P).

    Hey DSC,
    I donated $100 through PayPal and it was pending in the donation centre which means it was pending on PayPal's side. I PMed Matthew with this concern and it was added to my account manually, once they can see the payment is there.

    You don't have to PM him necessarily, as long as you put your name in the Paypal field than they will see who the donation is for; however, messaging Matthew might speed up the donation

    You shouldn't ever worry about a donation getting lost. If we get the transaction we'll automatically associate it with your account and send you a PM confirming it's pending. The issue is just that we have to approve it manually until PayPal fixes this issue.

    I just got a reply from them and they've escalated the issue to their engineering team. Hopefully they'll fix it or figure out what the issue is.

    In the mean time, you don't need to PM me if your donation is pending. I check the transactions and approve donations as they come through...

    If you make a bond payment or SytheVerified payment you can PM me since I don't check those queues as often.
