Regarding Donations

Just a matter of time until this accepting paypal donations failed.

I don't see why you don't accept paypal yourself Matthew.

 

Hopefully TJ can save it, but yeah.. It doesn't look like it's going to work out too well in the long run.

 

I don't blame him, paypal is dangerous as hell when it comes to chargebacks.

Which is why i really never had a problem with him..the max number of pms i sent him before he replied was like two >.>. So obviously he didnt try too hard.

 

If its set properly you shouldn't have very many problems. Tons of business use paypal. As long as Matthew can prove that he provided what the person paid for he shouldn't have very many problems.

The problem with paypal is since it's virtual, but there are other sites that do a pay so much and get this rank. I believe if it's set up so you can prove they got the rank "donator x" paypal should be cool. Or maybe somone should speak to Paypal CS to get the ok from them so if any problems arise they can check the site and see they got the rank they paid for.

 

Once a scammer always a scammer. I don't see why he should be unbanned once he sends the money.

 

You can know if someone is sending you a cc funded paypal payment now.
At least my paypal tells me if I'm receiving from a cc fund or not.

Glad someone is banned for good. Keep up the good work.

 

As for those asking about Inventor, I had to report him as a scammer after it's been 3 months and I didn't recieve my $50 rank. He says he's sending the money now, because it was a mix up, so we will see.

 

Yes, I'm sure a ban lit the fire under his feet to get him going.
He was trying to get mod for a while there...

 

Why is he getting a second chance?

I'm sure anyone with a $200 donors rank who owes someone $25 will send it after being banned.

I speak for the Sythe staff in saying that we are sorry for those if you that have donated through him, and the trouble that it has brought you.

I don't think that he should be unbanned even if he sends the money, honestly. DJ and I sent him money like 3 months ago, paying him 5 extra dollars to send it to Matthew quickly and we still haven't gotten our ranks. Even if he was planning on sending the money... 3 months? He should be banned just for wasting our time and money. As you can see from my pic... (check the date) he lied=scam. Scammers=banned from the site, and not being able to return. At the very least... a TWC, or sending the money to Matthew+refunding us $10 or something to make up for lost time and to make up for him lying to us.

 

So he lied and said it was already sent, when it was never sent? lolwut

 

Exactly. Why donate $200 to the site and scam for $30? Oh well, his choice. He had 3 months to send the money, he lied, and he scammed. End of story for me, unless he refunds me my money plus about $20 extra just cause I'm annoyed lol. If anyone needs any extra proof of me sending the money on paypal and such, just ask, and I'll provide.
