    Hi all-

    Just an FYI: there is a minor issue with PayPal donations causing delays in automated payments.

    PayPal keeps sending us transactions in a "Pending" state and then never sends us a payment "Complete" message. This means your donation will come through as Pending and you will not receive your perks right away. All donations and bond payments are processed automatically, so we don't always see that this is happening.

    Anyways, this is just an FYI. If you donate using PayPal (or submit a bond payment) you may have to be patient. I'll have to manually change it from Pending to Complete. This also means you may not get all of your perks automatically since it's a manual process. If you get a message saying your transaction is complete but you are missing perks, please do two things. First, visit the user center and check your donation history. Second, visit the perk manager and try picking a donor rank for yourself. If you have issues, be sure to contact me and I'll assist you.

    I'm on the phone with PayPal Merchant Services right now trying to sort this out, I'll post any updates here.

    Good to hear you're sorting it out, When I donated the last $100 it came up as complete on my end of PayPal, but pending within sythe? Was confusing, but I presume you sorted this out very quickly! Great stuff.

    PayPal is consulting engineers internally to figure out what's wrong. Something on their end is causing pending transactions when it shouldn't be. Transactions are technically pending for 30 days on our end, but that doesn't mean YOUR payment isn't complete. Make sense?

    Hopefully they'll figure it out soon... In the mean time I'm trying to keep an eye on the pending queue to make sure I clear it out.

    Exactly what happened to me. Donated yesterday and thought it would come in as Completed right away as its paid already in PayPal. But now I've got your PM saying that it is done. Thanks. I'm sure this will be fixed really soon ;)

    My payments have been Delayed for the time being but i am sure to keep in constant contact with all of the donors who come through my service. There is a slight delay when applying the bond to the time its applied, but everyone has seemed to be very patient with the system and donations are still being processed in a very good time frame.

    The case is still open and pending with PayPal. They think there's a glitch on their end, so they're looking into it. Hoping to hear back from them soon...

    Note: This issue should not affect users who donate through a bond holder unless the bond holder is having trouble reloading their bond.

    Mines is all clear just waiting on a 50$ donation to clear and them ill be all clear. Its really not as problem for my service because I upload the funds to my bond by credit card so I should be good from now on after I saw the delay I switched my uploading Method took me a day because all of my money was in paypal but im all good now. Thanks Matthew.

    I didn't regard this as a issue at all. I simply went to user center to choose the perk when I got a PM from Matthew that the donation is accepted. If the thing can be automatically changed then it would be better.
