Yeah lazy people especially. In school when we our grading other classes work a lot of times I read "jim and i were in a place b4 all of this and i" *made up sentence* and it's so annoying to grade.

"so b4 he left i sed why r u goin"

It gets really hard to read.

This is a big problem to me. I can't stand it when people don't know how to talk properly.

I like having good grammar and punctuation marks even in the internet because it makes the other people look to you as a mature person.

Also it helps with my grammar in reality.

I dont see why people cant just type proper grammar on the internet. You get fags that write like this, "na mannnn.. u is jst 2 kl". Like come on? Why dont they just write properly, it looks so much better and its much easier to read in my opinion.

I think that people should definitely use correct grammar, punctuation and spelling in forum such as this one. When I'm on M.S.N I'm fine with slang and colloquial language and the same applies with Runescape or other online games but on forum's, in private message's and email's I definitely appreciate good grammar.

I 100% hate people spelling incorrectly, using slang, and using "text typing". I fully agree that people should use correct grammar on the internet, because it annoys me when they do not.
I also hate the people that then call you a "nerd" for spelling correctly. Just because i like to spell correctly because i am smart i should be called a nerd for not wanting to use a, i'll put it this way, "retard" language.

I would like to see people using better grammar, but then I think to myself...
They're just too dumb. Well, that, or lazy. I don't think perfect grammar is necessary, but I do believe that people can be a little better on punctuation and spelling.

If you're in a game use 'u' etc. If you're in chat use 'u' etc. , but if you're on forums and stuff try and put enough effort in that I can understand you.

I find grammar as a serious subject. Though, I find it okay if you would talk like a 4 year old around friends like, "Oh heyz ricky nice doog!". Though I hate poor grammar like this, it is something we must deal with.

You are blatantly an idiotic hypocrite, you say that you do not like people who use incorrect grammar, but you use incorrect grammar yourself, let me show you.

You cannot "talk" in grammar on the internet, you can type though.

And also some people find it easier to read from people who post using incorrect grammar. So please, before you make a thread or comment, learn how to use grammar yourself. You say some people cannot take the time to add one letter, so why is it that you cannot take the time to check your own grammar?

please, do us all a favor, when you read this message click on the link below,

I think correct grammar should be used on the internet. I don't do it on games such as Runescape, but I still spell the words correctley, if I can. It makes it easier to read for other people, and they don't have to figure out a word cuz u spel it bd. Lol.

Not only bad grammer, but also bad spelling is unexceptable. The least they can do is download a toolbar with spelling changes.

Why does it bother you? There is no reason for a person to speak proper grammar on the web. There is NO reason whatsoever. A lot of people make common mistakes while typing. They don't take the time to reread and correct mistakes. If you do then you must be a perfectionist.

There was no need to make a thread like this as there have been countless threads on debating internet lingo.

Just because it was comprehensible doesn't mean it wasn't painful and annoying to read. I had reread several of the words before understanding what it meant. People can type however they want to, but if dey b spellin lyk diz, they're gonna come off as lame, obnoxious preteens.

Correct grammar should be followed. It's not hard to write a word correct. Some people may have no idea what you are talking about.
