as previously stated in our DM, we have considered to review your selling practices, however as a team we've decided that we can not risk having a seller who has been involved in fraudulent activity here on Eldorado.

How can you call someone who has 130/130 positive reviews a scammer and not a single client was deceived?

Until now, if someone has problems, I go to your site and help them.

I’m really confused and frustrated right now. I’ve been selling on Eldorado for about three weeks, always following the rules and making sure my buyers are happy. I have 100% positive reviews, never had a single dispute, argument, or issue with anyone. Out of nowhere, I received a message that my account was permanently suspended. No warning, no explanation, no proof of any wrongdoing—just an instant ban.

I immediately appealed, but it was instantly denied without any reason given. I genuinely have no idea what I could have done wrong. I’ve never scammed anyone or broken any rules. I was just trying to be a reliable and honest seller, and this feels completely unfair.

I don’t know what I did wrong, and that’s the most frustrating part. I genuinely enjoy selling and helping buyers, and I’ve put in a lot of effort to be a trustworthy seller.
