Hello. I'm writing from a new account as I can't log in to my Sythe account first. I didn't get your message on Eldorado. Your employee in chat, acts like he doesn't know what he's talking about. I even sent him a screenshot of our correspondence with you, but it didn't help. He kept repeating the same thing, “check on December 9” and he “doesn't understand what we are talking about, what kind of forum sythe”. Do they not know that Eldorado is on the Sythe forum? How is that possible if you are officially registered here?

Eldorado manager is not logging into the forum... No one is answering me either and the problem is still open
They keep my 1365 dollars on their site, not withdrawing it to me until now, despite the fact that I have passed a hundred different verifications. What do you think this looks like, if not a deception?

Im going to guess that managers and higher ranked employees are out for the holidays. I dont think they will keep your unpaid balance lets wait and see. Id start to get worried a bit after new years if they dont respond.

A screenshot from my gmail that I passed verification successfully, after several tortures, and conditions of re-passing it with different whims from eldorado, which by the way was like bullying me, because in the end you cheated me, stole money and my confidential data. What do you have to say about that? You are now openly scamming all sellers just because they are new and have no experience, you allow yourself to take our money from us, am I right?

Unfortunately it's not true, Eldorado refuses to help me, more than that, they don't return my personally invested 780$ - in resale accounts. I have been verified four times, and what do you think - they still do not withdraw money to me, and recently they withdrew money from my balance while the warranty on the product was over a month ago..... They unsubstantiatedly say that the verification is “not mine”. I think it's their doing, with the 2fa authenticator blocked, they just took my money. Please respond urgently to me in DM of Eldorado manager.

This was my main job, all my personal investment in this resale business. They can't even try to explain to me why they didn't withdraw my funds. Please I ask for the attention of Sythe users and sellers.
I can send again all screenshots, videos and proof that they took my money from my Eldorado balance, even after I successfully passed several of their stupid verifications with different conditions!

They just explained that you have used IDs that arent yours.
