Death, what do you think happens?

who knows...no human knows what happens...unless you die...by seeking an answer to this question you just wastged a part of your life...try not to give a fuck and just enjoy your life without having to worry about it...its for the best.

 

Personally, I have 2 opinions. You die and that's it, or you die and are re-incarnated in to another human being, not remembering your past life.

 

I believe in a Heaven. As well as God. 1 God.

But that's me.

I don't believe in the Hindu shizz where we might come back as a chicken.. And an ant if we smacked someone...

 

Sometimes I think i will relive a life somewhere else, maybe in some different universe and forget everything in this life. I've actually had times where it seems like i remember something that never happened.. it's like deja vu on the strangest things and times. Hard to explain..

 

Do blind people see black? If there was nothing it wouldn't go black.

I'm positive there is a god, but I'm not sure if we will actually go to heaven, or even exist beyond this life. I think of this world as a science experiment of god's.

 

Blind people see the absence of colour. "True black". Black is simply the word describing the frequency, or in any case, the lack of a frequency. The black colour you know is only the imitation of what can only be described as nothingness.

A test, if I may. This is, as well, simply going off of a rough thought that assuming the act could lead to assuming the reason...

So, if you think that this God is only placing this world as some type of experiment, could you think of a reason why? Why would a God need to experiment? What answer could that God be searching for, in his own creations?

 

If there is no life, we would not see black. We would not see nothing. We simply wouldn't exist - and that's the point I'm trying to get across.

Your right, I'm sorry I worded it wrong. I am more sure in a god than anything else - because I have been unfortunate enough to recognize a very deep evil. If this evil exists, there is probably a god.

Because I think of god as a scientist. I also believe knowledge is infinite. My theories on what god is searching for are too monolithic to present to you.

Yeah, what Tyro said. In fact, it has been proven this happens. The only thing is, Newton's laws of conservation state that energy cannot be destroyed nor created. So, while you are dead, the particular flow of energy through your body still exists. However, it will have scattered, and you'll have simply merged with everything else. As your body will as well, as it decays back into the planet.

Nature is very good at recycling, and doesn't like just destroying things ^.^.

 

I would like to go into an endless dream.

Reincarnation sounds nice as well, and heaven wouldn't be all that bad either. Everything just stopping and nothing happening at all doesn't sound all that terrible either, though I don't like the idea of my existence just coming to a complete and absolute end when I die.

But of course there is no way to know for sure, so whatever will happen will probably be for the best...

 

There isn't an afterlife, but I would like to think that in a way I'll live on in peoples memories, because of the things I did when I was alive.

 

Well, as you cannot prove that you are actually alive in the first place, can you prove that you can/will die?

 

well... what I think is that.. we die, then we might as well reincarnate? But I do believe in Heaven.. But Why is there Hell? Isn't god about forgiveness too?

 

I think after death we are just dead. I do not believe in this so called "after life" in heaven or hell due to the fact that One. I believe science. and two. I don't even believe in religion.
But thats just my personal opinion. I think all that will live on of me is my memories.

I do wish we could know if there was a way to watch the world when you're dead though. Death scares the piss out of me and I can't think of what is going to change in the world when I am dead, such as what it will be like when my grow to the ages of 60+ long after I'm gone. What the world will look like when there kids are 60+ you know what I mean?

I have no opinion on this subject. I've had a friend who OD on some painkillers, and his heart stopped, but they restarted it. I've seen his death certificates to prove it. Based on what he told me, he said that he could see, feel, and hear everything, but he just couldn't move.

 

Thats insane.. I've heard stories like that though. People dying. no pulse or breathing. There is a story about a 4 year old who drown in the tub but came back to life 45 minutes later without an brain injuries due to lack of oxygen..

 

Death is probably my ultimate fear in life, one of the only things I'm genuinly affraid of. I have no factual theory of what happens when you die, but I like to think that I get reincarnated into another human form and start life all over again, I find it hard to beleive though, I'm just trying to fool myself into beleiving it.
It's a truly hard thing to imagine, and I hate it.

I don't understand how you the question before you could ask how are we not alive. Its not like this is one giant dream, we exist.. We feel pain we suffer, we have emotions and people have done such things that have lasted until now..
