Commission Staking Section and Bondholder Applications Re-Opened

Hopefully everyone is having a great start to their year, it's hard to believe that it's already March, but I'm here to announce a few changes that have been heavily requested by the community:

Commission Staking Section

In light of the duel arena being removed from both versions of Runescape staff have elected to finally add a commission staking section with a few restrictions. You can find the new section by clicking here or by navigating to the User Services section in the Runescape market.

Notable Rules and Restrictions:

• Users wishing to advertise a commission staking service must have at least 6 months of good trading history and 100 vouches for their thread to be approved. This is a minimum requirement and threads are subject to rejection at staff discretion.
  
• You MAY NOT give or receive vouches for commission staking. Similar to us not allowing vouches for dicing or any other form of gambling.
• We highly advise that hosts both use the regular Runescape client and also record/stream their sessions and save VoDs in the event of a dispute. Failure to do either may result in disputes being awarded to the customer by default.
  
• An explicit terms of service should be agreed upon prior to trading that specifies liability in the case of things going wrong. This should cover what happens if losses occur due to host error during stakes, and failure to agree to ToS may result in disputes being awarded to the customer by default.
• All other Sythe rules apply as well.
