Can i get sued for this?

Honestly I think the worst that can happen is if you got him rabies and then you would need to pay the hospital bills sent from the insurance on the kid, and your dog might be put to sleep, depending how much she hates you anre your dog.

 

Go talk to the people that your dog bit. Tell them that their retarted son was provoking your dog and any dog would bite if it was provoked to do so. Politely ask them not to take this to court.

Kids nowadays need to learn life lessons. Now that the kid's parents are able to sue you, he will think that he can go fuck with anyone and not get in trouble for it.

 

I didn't provoke the dog it just jumped up and bit me, it was a German Sheppard. But no one was around when the dog bit me, they came out after the fact. You might have some case if you can prove he was being provoked, maybe.

Yeah, if they do sue you, you just gotta STRETCH the truth and make it seem ALOT worse on the kid's part that it was on yours. Say that your dog started to slightly bleed and the kid just WOULDNT stop but really, he doesnt deserve money from you, it was his fault for being a little dipshit.

I hate to burst your bubble, but it aside the fact of where your dog bit him, regardless your dog maliciously attacked a kid. But, other factors will come into play if you are sued such as; the kid's age, who saw it occur, and the amount of damage.

 

Ska is gay. There are a couple good songs but the only people that listen to ska are 12 year olds who find it cool. Listening to shitty music will not change his sarcastic sense of humor.

 

You can be sued, but if you get a good judge they will put into the dogs perspective and won't put it to sleep but you will 100% have to pay the doctors bill.

And they most likely won't sue because the kid can be charged with animal abuse if he threw stuff at it

Any who, you will not be liable, your parents will be liable(Unless you are 18). Unless it's a serious injury, they are not going to sue.

In only an extremely unlucky case would you have to actually worry about anything happening to your dog.

Usually only compensatory damages will be sought.

Well if the parents do decide to sue, I could only imagine you being sued for the amount of the medical bill.

 

Except for the fact that I fucking skull bashed it...so it wasn't in the greatest shape ever, and wasn't a total loss for me.

You cant sue a minor if anything you parents will be sued. Even though the other kid provoked your dog your dog is in trouble. BE SURE YOU TALK TO YOUR PARENTS ABOUT THIS ITS IMPORTANT THAT THEY ARE AWARE OF WHAT HAS HAPPENED.
