call or take care of the dog yourself, they wont notice if there dog was missing if they dont even feed it

I agree with almost everyone you definetly need to do something about this before it escalates further and eventually to the dog dieing...

First of all, why the hell did your old friends get a dog if they're not going to take care of him or her? Dogs have feelings too... Your old friends are jerks for ever doing that to an animal. What the hell did that dog do to your old friends? Nothing! Jesus Christ... Make the call and save that dog, it'll make you feel better...but then again...if your old friends found out you're the one who made the call...you might get beat up, but I still think it's worth it saving an innocent animal

 

Before you make the call, I would definitely TALK to your neighbors first. Don't be so rushed about this (Well, do it fast, but don't just follow your impulse and call them). I'm sure if you talked to them they would consider putting more effort into it. But if all else fails, yes, call the humane society.

 

What i would do...kick them in the balls and then call theanimal humaine society...dogs dont deserve this

 

Ah.. I love animals. Anyways you should feed him for a few days then call the Humane Society.
