    Philosophy Question

He wouldn't. It wouldn't be worth choosing one until the dog scientifically proves which bowl of food actually exists but to no avail. He would then sit around waiting till he evolves a second mouth so he could eat both at once.

    Philosophy Question

he would be hungry, I mean he had just poofed into existence so he would eat both, but then I'm not sure which side he would go for first

    Philosophy Question

If the dog was smart he would pick the bowl on the right and then eat it.
Then he would eat the one on the left.

    Philosophy Question

Considering the fact you say he poofed into existence, we can use this to follow the "Poof - there it is" theorem, and say with complete confidence that if the dog was hungry, a bowl of dog food would poof into existence right in front of him, negating the other bowls.
