Can you go into more detail about the webforms, why they are the bees knees and - i'm assuming they aren't possible on sythe. Any places to be able to do so or an alternative for sythe? I'm not looking to make a website.


I noticed for when you are buying RSGP (receiving their cash) that your methods are: Google checkouts, bip mobile, WU, Skrill, alertpay and other.
Which ones are the most popular? I've never heard of bip mobile, skrill and alertpay. Google checkouts, Skrill and alertpay seem to allow them to pay via debit/credit/prepaid and bank transfers too. What payment methods are listed in other?

 

Amazon, iTunes, and any of the giftcards you can purchase online can be unsafe. This especially happens often with Netflix and WoW timecards. If you buy a giftcard, make sure they ship it to you, or at least make sure it's a physical card to be safer. As for Moneypaks, they are fairly safe. To stay on the absolute safe side though, ask them for a picture of a receipt and make sure they paid with cash.

There are a lot of bots out there. I've always preferred Sorc Garden because I'm familiar with it, but I'm sure there are custom scripts that can reach 500K+ an hour. Just check the scripts section. With your PC, you can probably run 10-15 bots. If you overclock it and add some RAM, you could do maybe 15-25, depending on the bot type.

Well, up to a point you can do it with just a simple PayPal Buy Now button. However, to be more secure, you would need the customer's IP address, phone number, and RS display name, with the amount of gold being delivered, in the item's description. An IP allows you to make sure they are from the same location as their verified PayPal address. A phone check will also assure that, as the area code should be close to their area. You can also call them to confirm, ask them to send you an e-mail from their PayPal to confirm they have access to it, and get identification to make sure their name matches.

For buying gold, people usually ask for the following payments, in order of popularity: PayPal (because I'm trusted and it's fast), Western Union, Moneygram, Skrill, AlertPay, Liberty Reserve, Google Checkout.

Onebip is terrible, try to stay away from it unless you absolutely need a mobile payment provider. Skrill is the new Moneybookers, and it's like a safer and less used version of PayPal. AlertPay could also be called a competitor between Moneybookers and PayPal, and Google Checkout is a little bit different: the sending and receiving portions are separate, and it's all done directly through cards.

Sounds like I'll be using WU, Moneygram, Skrill/moneybookers and maybe alert pay. I've heard that most of these are airtight against chargebacks, etc. Which ones do have possibilities of chargebacks? How can I defend myself against them? Same as with paypal?

 

PayPal will eventually limit your account for breaking their terms of service. Also, it doesn't even stop chargebacks. It only makes it slightly harder at times to file a dispute.

Disputes are very possible on AlertPay, but generally, they will work out stuff with you MUCH BETTER than PayPal. They are also possible on Moneybookers, but rare. Otherwise, WU and Moneygram are 99.99% safe.

You can almost never defend yourself from chargebacks. You can only protect yourself if someone files a dispute, rather.

You have to sign up, and I believe the online version is US only for receiving money. You can, however, go pick it up at a store still.

I've had many different business ventures, and each was with a different amount of starting cash. My original was $5000, in around 2005-2006.

My sister's a lawyer, so she files taxes for me, but I believe she filed it as a general revenue/loss business. It's basically the same thing as any other type of business, with some specific stuff to online businesses. For example, if you conduct a lot of your business within your state, your taxes will be really high, but otherwise, it's generally 10-20% of your net revenue, within the US. If you use TurboTax, it will help you along the way.

2. When filing taxes would you get money back from PA fees? Paypal fees, etc.? I'm almost positive that paypal fees can be used as a deductible in our case. However if people accept and send payments as a gift they would not be allowed to claim this deductible. Another reason why payments should not be sent as a personal payment.

 

Actually, yes. That's listed under inventory loss/damage. Chargebacks are listed under customer refunds/loss from sales. If you purchase a computer solely for your business, such as botting, that can also be filed off. Other things: RS membership, VPNs, Hosting, software.

When filing a 1099* form for PayPal, it lists your revenue, and fees are already subtracted from this. Therefore, when you receive a $100 payment and get $91 from it, that's the amount you actually received from that sale. You file that as, basically, all gains from your business. Then you start filing off the cost of buying the gold, and all losses. Therefore, PayPal fees are already deducted from this.

Example:
I sold $100,000 in gold; we ignore this number, because we never received the full amount.
After fees, I received $91,000, so this is what I made.
Gold cost me $50,000 to buy, and I had $10,000 in other losses.
My net revenue is $31,000, and this is generally what you pay taxes on, so my taxes would be close to $3000, depending on what I file it under and obviously other factors.

 

Obviously this is an admirable thing of you to do, so while I recently invested into a ~$1100 computer, I suppose I'll ask you some basic questions for sorc garden/botting.

Sadly enough, I have 0 experience of runescape and such, and I would only be executing this for financial gains outside of the game. I have no interest in gaining money in game and buying stuff.

However, I was just wondering if you, by chance, know the general requirements and investment I need beforehand in order to properly execute a properly working botfarm. (I have $50 of extra cash right now haha)

Well, first you would need to do the requirements for Sorc Garden. The best thing to do would be completing Prince Ali Rescue on 10~ accounts, and then getting membership on them. From there I would go ahead and run the Sorc bot you have and get the accounts up to 65 thieving so they can do summer garden. This also gives you the opportunity to test out the bot and get used to setting it up every day.

Oh, right, and don't forget, you'll need pestle and mortar in the process. You can get your bot to pick up beer glasses too.


With 10 accounts you should expect around:

15-30 Million RSGP per day

so I make my gold on my own and have sold about 5000$ of it, I don't believe i have been taxed so am I Money laundering by any chance? i have sold the 5000$ through ppal but I sold another 1600$ through WU and am wondering what I should do about taxes, and i am 17 years old if that makes a difference

 

Are you from the United States? And was any of this made in 2011? If so, you might be in a little bit of a trouble, if you ever get audited. Otherwise, just file it next year on your tax report. You can get Turbotax for about $40 I believe, and it will help you file everything.

Even if you are 17, you must still file taxes.

 

If I have a runescape friend that wants to buy a purple partyhat, what's the best advice I can give him on who to buy from for a cheap price? See, I feel like I could probably get .55 for the purple, but he'd end up paying .6+, even .7+ if he has to do PA.
