Yeah, they'd have the upper hand being a game ahead, and having to only win 3 games with a Lebron who's turned up is 25% easier than having to win 4 games .

Obviously it depends on the matchup and cherry-picking examples where teams are down 2-1 and still are favoured to win the series doesn't contribute to your case, it's evident that cases like these happen just as cases where teams are up 2-1 and are favoured to win the series happen (Atlanta was up 2-1 on the nets, does this mean they had an 80% chance of winning the series? Yes.) However when teams are up 2-1 (1-0) no matter the situation, I think the impact is more than just a game. When the matchup will be closer, the game difference especially stealing one on the road forces them to win 3 of 4 - which is hard, and it's teams like the Warriors who are capable of doing so against a weaker opponent. In the case of Raptors vs. Cavs, I can see that being a factor, where if Lebron is off for a game it'll allow the Raptors to sneak out a win and then leave the Cavs with their backs to the wall.

After tonight's game it's clear Boston can't hang with Cleveland lol... again if anyone gives the Cav's trouble it will be Toronto in the Eastern Conference Final.

You're really going to base a team's playoff chances over 1 game? If we're going by your logic, Golden State will have no shot against ANYONE in the playoffs, being as they lost to the Lakers tn rofl

Stop with this "probability" bullshit. You cannot predict how a team is going to shoot/rebound every night, so this talk about "a team being up 1-0 has this percentage to win the series" and so forth is so ridiculous.

It's just match up wise... I can't see Boston beating Toronto 4 times in the second round of the playoffs...

Assuming both teams are healthy... Toronto should realistically win maybe it might go to game 6 but that's a stretch itself.

I think it'll go 7 and end up with Boston winning at Toronto, I'm definitely looking for that to be the best series out of the East.

Imo, they match up pretty evenly though. I just think Boston's been playing better as of recently, and if they carry this into the playoffs they will be tough to beat.

^ This. I'm not going to reiterate myself.

I can see the cavs sweeping the raptors honestly. The biggest threats to the cavs are as followed:

    Heat
    Bulls
    Raptors
    Pacers
    Wizards
    Pistons
    Celtics

Not sure if you're blind, but Carter was holding him. It was a veteran move. Matthew just got tangled in it and refs noticed when Carter got off. Not going to mention that Delly was ran over twice late in the 4th and got one called against him and the other play received a no call?

Lol raps having so much trouble with nets even though Lopez went off does not bode well for them. Glad they picked it up after the half though hopefully they patch the isues up in time for playoffs. Thompson has looked decent for us the past few games too.

Lol I can't decide if the Bulls just play their best basket-ball against Toronto or Toronto just plays horrible against the Bulls...

But the officiating in this one was horrible the officials were either not calling a foul or calling a foul when there was no foul like seriously lol...

Another career night for Mcdorment lmao.

I hope the cavs prioritize resting Lebron over seeding, the raptors can have the first seed. I'm 100% positive the bulls want a raptors matchup in the first round. They'll definitely beat the raptors even without homecourt advantage.

No they won't lol in a playoff series the Raptors would rape the Bulls they have too many injuries over the span of a 7 game series Raptors would win Bulls would have heavy minutes on all their players and every time Chicago beats Toronto it's literally by like 1 position so I'm not worried lol.

Toronto swept the Wizards in the regular season and then Wizards swept Toronto in the playoff's... I can't see Chicago dominating the Raptors in a series especially since Toronto will be 100% and Chicago won't.

Didn't the bulls beat the raptors two days ago at Toronto without D rose or Paul Gasol? Hmm... They beat the raptors 10 times in a row now. They would without a doubt beat them in a 7 game series.

I don't think it matters who comes out of the East because I don't see anyone being able to handle Golden State. I don't see them losing at home anytime soon, and to be honest, I see the Spurs getting eliminated before they'd have a chance to face them in the Western final.

Mhmm I don't think so... It doesn't even matter because Chicago won't make the playoffs and if they do it will be as the 8th seed and they would end up playing Cleveland lol.

Nah Spurs won't lose in the first or second round it's highly unlikely... they've been amazing this year and in the playoffs they usually play a lot better then the regular season.

They also didn't have L.Aldridge and Leonard wasn't playing at the level he is this year... It's going to be very difficult for any team that isn't Golden State to down the Spurs 4 times.
