    @Hostblapstat
    Honestly Melo is not what he used to be even if he went to the cavs I don't think everyone could go exist to many shooters not enough touches, I think GSW would still win.

    They don't have cap room for Melo unless they trade Love AFAIK

    As a Cavs fan, I'd rather not take Melo if it's going to take a lot of cash. He's still good, don't get me wrong, but, we need someone a bit younger since LBJ honestly has quite a bit left in the tank. If they clear out a couple dudes and get Melo, Wade, and CP3, I think that would be a great 2-4 year thing. Best friends, so I'd assume maybe 1 or 2 of em would take a cut.

    Otherwise, I really think they need to go hard for someone like Paul George. I think the Cavs need a serious big man down low. We got killed on the boards this year, especially in the finals.

    They have zero assets for a PG type of player. Beggars can't be choosers, I think Cavs will try to go hard after Melo. Love didn't do jack shit this finals, averaged like 7 points, they need a guy that can thrive as a catch and shoot. Melo in the Olympics is proof of what this man could do being the third option!

    Kevin Love averaged 16, which isn't the best but still isn't terrible. And he averaged over 10 boards a game so idk what you're on. If anything, the player who really needed to show up that didn't was Tristian Thompson, and even JR Smith also didn't show up the first 2-3 games which again didn't help the Cavs at all. If they make the necessary changes they could possibly get PG but they still have to make multiple cuts so its whether or not they'll be willing to do that.

    His efficiency was horrible though. Granted he did have two good games, I think LeBron would give up Love for a more capable offensive player anyday.

    Lol he averaged around 16, not 7. He showed up some games, but just not consistent enough. Cavs are still considered a young team with Kyrie at the point.

    Melo is getting old, that's why I'm not huge on getting just him. He's showing signs of slowing down. Nonetheless, Melo would be a great acquisition, but they need to also get some young blood.

    I think they need to get rid of TT, Love, and Smith. They're all so inconsistent, which is what kills them. If they try to make some major moves with those 3, I think they could create some disruption.

    Yeah theres a lot of inconsistency, and they're all getting paid massive amounts, tbh getting rid of Love/TT/Smith would make room for PG and then like a half decent big man which could end up working out for the Cavs.

    I can't stand inconsistency man, just in general (life). So, when I see it in my team, I'm like "GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE".

    TT ain't worth MAX money, Love is wishy washy to me, Smith is the streakiest shooter of all time. Shumpert is garbage. I like Jefferson, he's a team player and contributes. Otherwise, the rest are irrelevant to me. Kyrie/LBJ are the the whole team honestly.
