You are a dick wayyy too often needlessly, every time i start to think you have made a change for the better that attitude shines through.
Ex:

Here you are justifying the very same attitude:

There are quite a few (less nowadays) mods and or admins who have been around as long or longer than you who dont have attitude issues, your argument is nothing more than a cop out. You DO do a lot of work and ARE active but that does not justify being shitty to members, you mentioned earlier in the thread you have a low tolerance for ignorance. Ignorance by definition is lack of knowledge or information, EVERY new member is ignorant in one way or other and your lack of tolerance can/will and DOES run them off.

The good: you are extremely active and have GREAT potential and dedication.

Tl;dr version: Quit talking about additude adjustments and nut up or step down. If you are going to be a dick be a regular member (youll just be a dime a dozen sythe prick like myself) but people look to staff for help. Not for abuse, snippy remarks and smart assed comments. People look up to you, be something worth looking at.

 

I still stand by my first quote. He's lucky to even have my private skype. I have no obligation to answer anyone on any private form of communication.

First off that was just an example from this thread.

Second off who/what the fuck do you think you are? LUCKY to have your skype? REALLY??? I see where the attitude comes from, its probably hard to NOT talk down to people when you think you are gods gift to the internet. Heres a protip from a pee-on to an apparent god; dont give your personal skype to people you dont want to talk too.

All you have done is assert the points made in my OP.

You are human, moderator/admin or not you are no better and no more a person or man than your average sythe user. Get your head out of the clouds and your feet on the ground. And maybe people will actually want to talk to you rather than kiss ass and treat you like a cop who just pulled them over. People dont respect you, they FEAR you
And that in itself is a detriment to the site, your attitude leaves you unapproachable (read through the thread people dance around the points im making with euphemisms like "comes off strong" when they really mean you are a dick plain and simple.)

An unapproachable admin or moderator is near useless for anything other than handling reports and handing out bans.

I'm not trying to come down on you. I can tell you have a lot of support and people like you and I'm sure there is good reason behind it.

However, I wish you wouldnt of gave me an infraction for the same thing that someone else already gave me one for a couple hours prior. I assume that is what happened because you made your reason private so I can't see what I did wrong except "Excessive Bumping" which makes me assume you just double infracted me for the same offense.
