Glad to see someone has the balls and moral compass to apply perm bans equally across the board.

 

I know i've only just returned, but I've still been lurking the forums. I believe your attitude has got much much better since when I first saw you, and I think you should keep working on that, but I didn't like the way you handled the Kinae situation.
I understand somebody had to do something with that thread, but I don't believe you should have closed it with such a reaction. Even though ooga is banned from the site, doesn't mean he shouldn't be able to submit evidence to prove someone's innocence? Right? And you said that if kina wanted to say something, then he should bring it up himself, well maybe Kina doesn't have access to those pictures or whatever. Or maybe he feels he would be treated unfairly, or ignored if he approached you.
Also I find it kind of hard to reach you. Your skype is always on but whenever I ask for your attention you seem to ignore it. I understand you get loads of people asking you but what's the point in having a public skype if you're not going to reply?

Sorry if you feel like i'm slaying you, I'm not, I'm just expressing how I feel about recent situations.

 

In regards to Kinae: The dispute section exists for a reason, and his dispute would have been handled accordingly had he utilized it.

In regards to Ooga: He's a habitual liar, scammer, and an overall piece of shit that is not welcome on Sythe. Users should not be associating with him lest they want to end up blackmailed, scammed, or used. Neither Johng nor any other user should be posting on his behalf, nor the behalf of any other banned user. That is what the dispute forum is for.

In regards to my Skype: You contacted me on my PRIVATE skype, which I have no obligation to respond to anyone if I do not wish. Simple as that.

I also wish to make note that each time you attempted to contact me, I was either at work or asleep. I leave my PC and my Skype logged in 24/7.

 

Regardless of whether or not it was in the right forum, or who posted it, it needs to be looked at in further detail, surely? In my opinion it's complete bullshit to have somebody banned for something they shouldn't have been banned for, and if evidence is put forward, it should be taken into consideration not put aside because of the person who submitted it.

This kind of makes me want to rethink what I said about your attitude. It's common courtesy to respond to somebody if they've asked for help.. I didn't know you were at work, maybe it would be more obvious if you put your Skype icon as busy or something. Also it would have been polite to just say sorry I was at work, something along those lines..

 

Again, that skype is Private. If I do not wish to reply to someone, regardless of the reason, that's well within my rights to do. Just as you may ignore someone on skype, msn, facebook, phone, text, etc. because you don't feel like being bothered.

As for setting myself as offline/away/busy - Again, this skype is private. The people I have on it are aware that I leave my PC and skype on at all times. They know that if I don't reply, either I don't want to talk, or I'm away. I have no obligation to change this.
