Wouldn't recommend this. Repeating actions which have flagged your account in the first place will only lower your global security ratings which might negatively impact future eCommerce purchases either with your payment processor or other e-Merchants (or both).

To be honest I see that I have been a bit of an opinionate S*** whos living in the past. I personally haven't dealt with PA for a good few years and a lot can change, and will have changed over that time period to make the experience so much better. I think there is just a fine line still between a trusted seller that PA will help and merely a little buyer that they will just push to a side. From what you've said above and merely the fact that you have branched all the way out into other communities in this market shows the progress you've made in your efforts to support every buyer and seller and well I will try PA out again for sure.

As for getting opinion of PA off the internet and google inparticular, its just going to push you further and further away as people will leave indepth details of bad experiences and they will share it as much as possible, yet we take a good experience for granted and therefore don't speak a word of it. So google is riddled with bad experiences and no good ones. So I think its best I find out for myself

Sir Louis, thanks for the feedback. I have the highest respect for individuals who are capable of moving beyond pride and are able to re-evaluate their positions. It is both noble, and a sign of mental fortitude in my opinion.

As for big sellers being more of a concern to us. Yes and no. Yes, they are important to us, in that we want proven sellers who are able to deliver consistently good service to users. But no on the front that I don't want our platform to be closed off to rising stars. And this is something that has been on my mind.

We actually modified our platform a year ago to stop the price wars that were taking place on the site. We had positive results, but this made it more difficult for newer sellers to get any traction. This year I'm going to be thinking of ways to better support newer sellers. Ideas appreciated.

As for new buyers. This is a bit different, as I mentioned because they are a source of money. And due to this, we are put in a position of not only needing to keep our platform safe, but also remain in compliance with federal regulations.

If you guys aren't aware, it appears that more and more, RMT is going to get the attention of government, and when that happens the question will be, to what extent will real world rules apply to virtual spaces. When that time comes, the businesses who are not compliant will be shut down. I like to think we're smart, because we're planning ahead. There is the initial hurdle for a new buyer to get through, but if they pass our verification processes, then they've made an excellent step in developing and nurturing a positive "e-shopper profile" not just with us, but with all global eCommerce sites.

In the future, being "PlayerGuardian" verified will be a badge of certification so to speak. It's in development now

Seeing as you are a representative for PA, can you tell me what do? Your Live Support doesn't give much help as the PA Resolution team hasn't given their verdict (or even allowed me to provide evidence for that matter)
