When will it be legal...

There are healthy alternatives to smoking marijuana. You can vaporize it, which is much healthier than just smoking, or eat edibles.

From what people are saying its seeming from 10-30 years it'll be legal everywhere, anyone else agree?

 

Considering it isn't "legal" ANYWHERE yet, we have a LOOOOOONG way to go.

And before you mention the decriminalized states - most states are NO WHERE as lenient to giving out the Green Card as Cali. New Jersey had medical marijuana but it is EXTREMELY hard to get a green card there.

 

Not in near future. I think most of the current laws in the world and thinking ways were born during large wars. The changeless authority is the brake here..

I can get it anytime I wan't (Not to brag). I can smoke it in front of a cop. I just got my papers today confirming that I can actually have medicinal marijuana for my condition. My condition is permanent so I will have to renew my license every year.

 

It went up for vote not long ago in California, and it got shot down.

If it were going to become legal anywhere first, don't you figure it would have been there?

I won't say anything about 10-30 years from now, because of course, the younger generation is more into it.

It would become legal for a different reason in my mind, though: legalisation does not mean acceptance, but just that the government wants the massive amount of revenue from TAXING the sales of marijuana.

I reckon that's the only reason they have even considered putting it to a vote before now: why spend money trying to get rid of it, when you can just tax the hell out of people when it isn't a bad drug anyway?

 

due to all the people in prison for selling/possesion of it will be difficult to legalise it then all the prisoners will want compo or x prisoners who served time for marijuana related offences...

Honestly I'm sick and tired of these threads, all about weed and all that... Chances are it won't be legal for awhile considering current people in power, Oh and your spelling is atrocious and I hope that's how you choose to spell, not how you DO spell.

I like how you said I waas raging when I only commented on what you do and my annoyance with these threads yet I still responded to the actual question, Don't call me a spammer when I'm still responding to the thread. They're both bad. The reason weed is so "bad" was because it was cheaper to use hemp then cotton if I remember correctly so big companies outlawed hemp. That's the reason. I believe ciggs should be illegal due to the fact that they aren't healthy in any way shape or form that I know of.

Marijuana is not only something you do to get high, it is extremely easy to grow, you can make plastic and paper of it. Both of these are currently being made using a method that is harmful to our planet , and the hemp method is a lot less harmful.
