I think it is important that you should include if you want speakers, Mouse, Keyboard, Monitor, etc added or you already have them. That will save some confusion.

What type of NIC?

This one can fit in the PCIe x1 slot of the motherboard contained within the list that I gave you. This one would give you completely awesome speed and signal. This is top of the line shit like you requested. If you want cheaper there's plenty of other alternatives (but not in PCIe).
