Alright, well, I'm not into building computers yet, but I know that before buying computer parts from other sites like ncix, you should look for the same parts at tigerdirect.

^^ Best place to buy :D

well you need a hard drive and if you play games you probably need quite a bit of space. Probably need like 150 gigs? (new games are usually from 3-6gigs each and you need extra space for other stuff)
    http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=22978&vpn=WD1600AAJS&manufacture=Western Digital

    That should do the trick

^ I checked out tigerdirect.. it was alright but they were more expensive, quoted in american dollars and you have to pay for shipping.
NCIX is in canadian dollars and the shippings free.

Please tell me the last time ATI made a new card.
ATI atm is doing really bad so until the release a new card i wouldnt say anything about power.

Plus Its bad because if you wanted to use 2 cards you have to buy the crossfire motherboard which isnt that great and with nvidia you just need a board that has SLI which alot of them do. So you dont have to spend alot and you still have better preformance then if you had crossfire. and dual cards.

Also dual XFX Nvidia cards in SLI-mode broke the world record for 3D marks
And i know that XFX are the best nVidia cards but he wanted the best card for his system...A decent XFX would just bottle neck it anyways. And XFX's cheaper cards are not the best choice..

I use to like ATI more when they were better, and i might change WHEN they FINALLY get there card out which we have been waiting for a LONG time.

Anyways. Thats my little rant about ATI Atm

Get the 7600 or the 8600 GT, (or GS), great cards which will support pretty much anything you throw at them.

And by god, don't get an ATI...

Well, you could but you would have to get a different motherboard then because the one you lie dosnt support SLI.
Also it would cost quite a bit more...
My advice is get that video card. Get an SLI mother board and when you think its time to upgrade your graphics get a second one of those video cards and that would be quite the nice system.

I can find one for you that would be okay if you liked..

the emogod i belive said that he had about $250 to spend on a video card and if he wanted a good sli setup then he would probably have to upgrade his PSU and get the second card which would end up being pretty spendy, it just depends on what emogod prefers, ati cards usually run hotter and are phyisically larger and the opposite is true for nvidia cards (save the 8800 series they are quite large) but both of the cards i outlined would perform beautifully either way, another factor you must throw in is what resolution are you going to be playing at anything higher than 1280x1024 will work best with 512 vRAM

    (ati link broken)
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102067

also if you plan on not changing video cards for a while i would recommend saving and either getting an 8800 with 512 vRAM or an x1950 series card with 512 vRAM

Scratch that. Im not looking for a super graphics computer. I just want a lag free computer with good graphics.
The ASUS motherboard and proccesor are staying the same. I like the graphix card DB suggested. THANK YOU!
