So dope! Got this 2work!

actually i think i got it to work. Tried smashing S button then realized that bot had human blocked lol. So right now bot is at 3% of downloading updates? Lets see what happens. Its been like 5min oh no.. were stuck at 4% loading updates..

Update! at 75% still been like 20min ugg. How is this supposed to even run a bot when it takes 30min to load rs signed?

 

I would just like to thank Persia for all the help. He got me up and running on my photon vps, it's great.

and ronor103: if it does not load fast it is not safe mode try again, smash S immediately after you quickly cancel break handler.

 

Make sure all of your global settings are to the far left if your having trouble loading runescape. Once everything is done updating and fetching then put all of your global settings to the far right. The farther your global settings are from the left, the longer it takes your client to register data, meaning you will have problems updating and fetching.

What is the difference between windows linux etc on a vps? besides the price.

I have been speaking with them for a few days now. The new company has undergone alot of transitions with this being among them. Grammer might be due to the 900+ tickets they are handling, I got an unmetered 2gb from them today though and am currently setting it up.

They are different operating systems. I would not suggest botting on a windows vps, it is resource heavy and bulky for nothing. Linux os are very lightweight and customizable. They also work hand in hand with certain technologies that windows will not work with, Xen for example.

 

Currently have 3 bots running nice and smoothly on my warp 3, very good investment now that Persia helped me get it up

I know a lot of people use their VPS' for botting SG and I guess it's a good thing that I don't hear much about their throw-away accounts being banned. I was just wondering if anyone has had their accounts banned yet and how many? Also, how long it took for the ban?

Also, do you transfer the cash over to your main or a mule account?

What direction are the glbal setting supposed to be set at? I have them all to the left right now and i'm having some issues with my bots.

Most bots a running fine. The automatic login sometimes doesn't work so I turn off the bot, manually login, and restart the bot.

As for sorcgarden, its running at 9%. I try switching to a diffrent world and it runs a little bit better... around 25%

Im running 5 bots on a seerhost gold package. I'd kinda like to get the sorc garden to run since its going to be the main money maker.

 

use a mule account for sure. feeling a banwave coming for RWTers soon

they are supposed to be to the left for minimu CPU usage normal botters though only running 1 or 2 should be at 100 50 100 from top to bottom

 

When your bot is logged in turn all of your settings to the far right.

 

Guys just wanna drop in and say thanks persia's guide plus kero's and the help I recieved here let me setup my warp2 from Photon smoothly. No reason for anybody to just buy seerhost because of built-in client when there are other options. Curently running a kminer and Perf's hunter no problem on warp 2. Granted just mining iron.. But you guys think I could handle LRC plus red chins? Give me 10 more hours and I'll tell you guys

 

I was planning on getting a vps this morning only to find that both photonvps and seerhost are sold out of all. Photon sold out of warp3 and 4 and seerhost is out of everything... I guess I wont be getting a vps today

 

One of the problems that people run into whenever they get VPS's at these large companies is power. Many (not all) of these companies designate you 4 gb of RAM but don't tell you that they are severely limiting other system resources like processing power and the amount of process being able to run. Also many of these companies base their container management on Openvz but do a terrible job adjusting the UBC parameters and java then can't even start making botting horrible.

This is actually why I created my VPS server because I was sick of dealing with incompetent admins who simply don't know how to set up a VPS. I am expanding it now and I have 5 servers up and running currently we are redirecting all payments/donations right back into creating brandnew servers.
