This is wrong. Putting your Global Settings to the left increases CPU usage. If you want to bot properly, move all Global Settings to the RIGHT. The client may look laggy, however this is the opposite of what's actually happening. The rate at which the client feeds back information to the user is just decreasing, therefore using LESS CPU and MAXIMIZING PERFORMANCE. The bot is actually still running at full speed.

Never listen to someone when they tell you to move global settings to the left. Only do so if you plan to babysit your bot all the time.

Yes you should turn all globals to the right. Also, the original post needs to be edited to say right, not left.

So as long as I have a unique auth for each IP address (regardless of amount of bots), I'll be fine?

Actually, only RSBots.net says it's against the rules to use multiple accounts per auth. Perfecticus actually said it's fine - RSBots is only doing it to rack in more profits...

However it is a rule that you are limited to one auth per IP ADDRESS, not account. So as long as you're running all your accounts on one computer you're fine. I've been using 7 accounts on one auth (Sorc Garden) for months and nothing has happened yet.

 

Seerhost is preferred by people for the cheaper price. But the cost is what you pay for. The quality of PhotonVPS XEN servers are by far better. I don't even know how you guys manage to bot on OpenVZ, cause you guys need to try XEN.

 

Yes this is true, but it's always good to support these bot makers and let them "rack up money" as you are racking up RSGP by botting. Just my 2 cents, greediness is bad karma. Just like scamming is bad karma.
