He had serious mental disorders, paranoia i think, along with bi-polar disorder and who knows what else. He was screwed up in the head...
That's about it. It's the teacher's fault's for not noticing he was screwed up, and getting him help, instead of ignoring it like they did.

There is no debate. He did it because of mental issues. The end.

I'm glad you think your opinion is fact. The original poster obviously thinks that there might have been some ulterior motive... no need to shut down this thread.

Personally, I actually agree with Slave. He definetely had mental problems, and he really really needed a friend.

I think its BS how they blame it on his mental issues and the teachers and the parents and the video games. Somebody that was that fucked up to go shoot up a school probably doesn't listen to his parents.

The fact is he did it. It wasnt anybody elses fault.

So what if he had mental issues, thats not an excuse for murder in my opinion.

He was a loner and wanted someone else to feel the pain that he did.

There were reports that he was a loner and he didn't have friends so probably he was mentally ill.

Exactly, I mean I blame teachers and parents allot for school shootings. I mean if you noticed a kid was like seriously fucked in the head you should report it. Get him out of there, in my mind the teachers allowed it to happen. But he was obviously screwed up I mean come on, a normal sane person doesn't kill people for no reason (well he kinda had one but not for killing).

Completely unjustified, he wasn't mentally handicapped, he was suffering of certain mental conditions that further motivated his lust for killing those people.

It was also the parents fault. It's not hard to see someone is fucked up in the head. They could have taken the steps to stop him for doing anything.

I really am not much of one to delve into the complicated depths of the human psyche, but this guy was apparently having a really hard time, even if people were trying to be nice to him. See, I really don't think he suffered from Bi-polar disorder. I was thinking more along the lines of schizophrenia.
Here are some basic things about schizophrenia which include;Schizophrenia is a disease that strikes young people in their prime. The disease distorts the senses, making it very difficult for the individual to tell what is real from what is not real. Usual age of onset is between 16 and 25.
The one thing I do know, is that he had terrible delusions, and that would go right along with a number of mental illnesses.
Therefore, I think the world as a whole needs to quit being so stereotypical against people that are in such mental distress..Anyways, I'm going to get to my point. I am a total disbeliever in having such easy access to firearms in North America...What would it hurt to limit gun sales to a few per household and limit those to hunting specific weapons, which would be small-mid-sized rifles, and bows. Maybe leave biggame hunting to be lead by certified guides...
Thanks for reading my almost endless run on sentence...
