    Two problems

    1) Wisdom teeth. I'm scared to get them pulled, I've heard terrible stories. So far, one has broken the surface and I can feel another getting close. They're not crowding my teeth.. yet and I'm equally scared that I'll wait too long and they end up fucking up my teeth which I've always prided in being perfectly straight without braces..

    2) I've been drinking a lot lately (almost every weekend), I'm scared of getting a beer gut like most people in my hometown does when they get out of HS (lack of exercise from sports, more partying). Does anyone know how long and how much it takes?

For your wisdom teeth, dont be worried, they numb you and you'll barely feel it, just a shit load of swelling for a day or 2, or 3.

I would stop drinking if I were you, or limit it.

    Get your wisdom teeth pulled.

Drinking every weekend isn't that bad, enjoy yourself and don't worry. Stay active and it won't happen.

    1. Get them pulled now. You have to eventually otherwise it causes a lot of problems. The longer you wait, the more painful it is also. It's really not bad at all. Besides, you get either percocets or lortabs which is something to look forward to ;)

    2. It takes a lot of alcohol for you to get a beer gut. Only drinking on the weekends isn't going to be a problem. I can't say exactly how much it takes considering everyone is different, but unless you're drinking a 12 pack a day, you really have nothing to worry about.

The earlier you get them pulled the less it hurts. It has to do with them growing closer to a nerve the older you get.

I'd suggest being active.. maybe try a sport you like?

That about growing closer to a nerve the longer you wait is news. I suppose it is time then

Also I graduated so I don't have a chance to play sports anymore but if partying on the weekend isn't something I need to worry about, then good. Thanks yo!

the teeth is just best of getting a dentist opinion if they fit your mouth and do not hurt you, you'll be ok im 23 and mine are 20% through lol no problems yet :)

as for the drinking i was pretty much same but i bought my self some dung bell's

firstly i was only in a football league (soccer) on monday nites for 40 minutes of running was my only exercise but then to get me motivated i joined another football game once a week you dont need much motivation to do the sports as its fun so im playing 2 soccer games a week which i love the sport so i dont need to sit there and think i need to go for a run but cant be arsed

and as for the dung bells there at the side of my bed and when im waching tv or sat on my bed when ever adverts come on or i get up to go toilet i just pick them up and do like 20 reps a few times a day it all adds up and basically dont take up a lot of time it passes time :)

I have to get my wisdom teeth taken out soon aswell :( I can feel them starting to pop up in my gums, none of them have broken the surface yet. If your worried go to your dentist because you will need them removed eventually.

I've actually been thinking about picking up dumbbells, if they're worth it I might as well, maybe I'll pirate P90X too, I don't know.
