TWC Dispute

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: Didn't explicitly inform a customer that a worker will be doing his questing order and was advised to put a disclaimer on my threads that sometimes workers will be used to do the service, which I did right after I received the TWC.
Anything else you wish to say: @Wortel yes everyone has been notified that a worker will be working on their accounts as well as having a disclaimer on my thread that Pendulum told me to add to avoid such inconvenience in the future.

Have you outsourced any work last month? And if so, did you notify them about it being outsourced? (Message me on Skype once edited)

 

Received proof in PM's of him saying his workers are doing the services. I have explained Russian Umad that outsourcing mainly means informing the client that their order is being done by user X instead of an user out of their service. I'm supporting the removal of his TWC.
