Panda owes me money

I've worked with him for 2 years and I consider him a really good friend. I do not think he is a threat to the community but he has owed me 0.2 BTC for over a year now, I've reminded him a couple times over 2019 where he could have paid the BTC amount at almost half off the $ value but no attempts has been made. He went AWOL and has been unreachable for the past few months to make things worse. I know he'd understand this report and say it was fair to do given the time and the few times he said he would pay me but never did.

Video has been sent proof of everything. Panda did mention RSGoldrush owed him money for advertising if that means anything that sent me on another chase, but they haven't been able to pay me anything either for the past few months.

I've applied a DNT to his account. @RSGoldRush has been told several times to pay their own debt to Panda (Apith, since Panda owes Apith more), but they haven't done so yet. They were given an additional warning 12 days ago that they would receive a DNT once this report was made. I am not thrilled about applying a DNT here but this debt has been owed for months and despite having btc/gold to run their operations with, nothing has been paid to Apith. DNT will be removed when Apith is paid.
