Is there a reason that you made this report just now despite the alleged offense being quite old?

 

@Superfluous I've previously been banned myself (although it was resolved a while back) and abandoned Sythe since I wasn't interested in the hastle, Since coming back I've ditched Skype (Where the details shared etc are saved) since Discord seems to be the new way to trade, I haven't logged on until recently as I've bought several accounts through the years and recently been going through old accounts I'd forgotten/abandoned.

I soon realised the account in question had had its passwords changed, followed the trail and noticed that Russian relisted the account.

I haven't bothered asking him for help getting the account back because its quite apparent he took it back - seeing as he re listed. So instead just want a straight refund

Well i mean, you sold me an account then took it back and relisted it for sale, what are you missing here?

 

I will only respond when theres legitmate conclusive proof that the account in question is the same account as the one relisted and when u provide proof that I "took it back". Otherwise this petty scam attempt is a waste of my precious time.

 

Are we ignoring the fact that on the post you were selling the account (which i've linked) you stopped posting coincidentally the same day I have proof of purchase, and then several months later you suddenly try to sell it again? Without- as far as im aware, any changes to the post in question

If you could return the account to @Reverting that would be great. If you cannot get the account back and must instead refund him, please let me know as some of that refund will go towards his own scam victims/community repayment.

 

First point out the 'conclusive proof' part coz i dont see anything.

 

I don't understand what the confusion is. You listed this account in mid December 2017, sold it in late December 2017, and listed it for sale again in February 2018.

Please explain how you ended up with your account back after selling it.

 

Maybe because its not the same account? I made alot of starter zerkers and sold them to many ppl. Im not guna create a new thread over n over for the same build. Dont you have access to edit history or something?

Conclusive evidence means u have something that can not be disputed, like a screenshot of me selling the account with the same login. But, using the same thread to sell my accounts of the SAME BUILD, is no where close to that. That retard probably sold the account back and now wants me to recover it for him.

@Superfluous I dont want the account back, It's quite apparent this mans upset he's been caught out and evidently cant be trusted selling accounts.

I do not change thread for the same build, how many times do I have to say it? I hand make the same accounts over n over and sell them to different ppl. Unless u can prove that the login email is the same one sold twice, then i will gladly pay, but since its not true, then im not paying anything.

 

Ok then. Some developments:
1) You have a DNT that will be removed when you help @Reverting get back his account.
2) You are welcome to post proof that the account you sold in Dec 2017 and the account you listed Feb 2018 are different, but you still need to help @Reverting get back his account.
Note that you are liable to help him get his account back as your sale was after the cutoff mentioned here, and it does not appear that you had any ToS in place stating otherwise Changes and clarifications to the account market

 

1) The burden of proof rests on the accuser, not me.
2) Account was sold 2 years 6 months ago, roughly, but somehow he just found out the accounts pass got changed? just a pathetic attempt trying to get me to recover back an account he sold

3) I'm not sure the ins and outs of accounts sales, but on the link @Superfluous provided, it says we need to "Mutually agree on ToS" at no point did we do this, and as far as I can tell, you haven't stated that this is automatically accepted on purchase, so surely this is irrelevant? This is why you need to accept the terms of sales on certain things by clicking the box, making it a mutual agreement

If i am wrong, I'd like to request someone check to see if they were there on the date of when i purchased this account, being so long ago i can't remember

 

You added those ToS when you last updated your thread... they weren't there when you sold this account to @Reverting, and they weren't even there for most of late 2018.

Lunar was on one of the accounts and not the other, hence not the same accounts, hence I dont edit my thread, i just replace accounts.

You need to prove that i sold the same account twice, aka sold the same acc with the same login, not prove that I dont edit my threads, that i've already proved theres a discrepancy there, lmao.
