I have seen BOTH Christians and Non Christians say this;
1st the skeptics....if they disagree with something written in the bible.and state WHY they disagree with it..all of a sudden,a Christian will say - You are so negative, because you just don't understand it...
The christian - The very sec they disagree with what IE - Evolution states, and then they state WHY they disagree with it....all of a sudden they too get --> you don't see it my way, because you don't understand the science Evolution is used as an example as it can be about anything
What makes people so darn sure, that a skeptic hasn't read and understood the bible?...what makes you think that because they disagree, they should just stay away from the bible and not try and debate opinions...aren't they entitled to their views?.How do we know they didn't study it on line even or in school??. ...However i will admit some don't.understand it..thats why they don't bother trying to debate it much
What makes people think, that because a Christian disagrees with Evolution, that all of a sudden, they just don't get it?? How do you know they don't understand it?? it's obvious that many do in fact understand it, they just don't think it adds up, isn't it their personal view?? aren't they entitled to give their views?..
How can you prove they haven't read the book on evolution??.OR studied it on line even or at school?? .. If they debate it, then obviously they have read something of it
How many of you will enter a thread, anywhere on this forum, and try and debate a topic, when in reality, you don't have the foggiest notion about it?
If you enter a thread and post a lot in it, debating, then you obviously know something about it, in order to take an interest...right?
If you find something wrong with the bible, that you don't agree with, then it's obvious you have read it and understood it, in order to take a stand and say - hey this don't seem right!!
If you find something about evolution that doesn't make sense (in many cases its the whole thing lol)...then it's obvious you have read up on it, before you debated it...hence the reason as to WHY you chose to defend creationism instead.....again the thread can be about anything..just using evolution for an example
However, it is best to look at peoples POV and understand why they feel the way they do.about any subject..but it don't mean you must agree with them
And why do some Skeptics think, that because a Christian disagrees with Evolution, this MUST mean they aren't educated???
Why do some Christians think the same towards skeptics, all because they don't agree with the bible??
(key word here is SOME..meaning not all)
