i think shin handled the situation very professionally , i see no issues.

 

I think he fits the admin role nicely with the other admins in that they don't take themselves so seriously as admin. Not all high and mighty on everyone. Just chill people who contribute to the site because it genuinely interests them. That's how it should be and that's how Shin is.

 

Shin is one of the most responsive staff members I've ever dealt with. Shin is as close to instant when replying to me, and considering how involved he is within the community, and how occupied he can be with other priorities he has going on throughout his day (whether in real life, or on Sythe); it just amazes me how Shin is able to manage his time so well to be flexible enough to reach as many users issues that needs his assistance as he currently does. Always professional when handling any situation, no matter how stressful, or annoying it can be. You're definitely a great asset on the staff team. Keep up the great work!

A notorious deadline-misser

I've said it once and I'll say it again. Shin is my go to guy when I have pressing questions on discord. He responds quickly and with a lot of detail to make sure he's expressing himself as clearly as possible. I know it's a meme, but he truly does a lot of "behind the scenes" work.

An incredibly helpful individual. Yesterday, I DMed him on Discord with a question, following a guide Shin already made on the forums in his own time. He immediately replied, and began answering question after question as I continued to bombard him. (Sorry Shin) Not once did he complain, continued to reply almost immediately and went out of his way to help me, giving me info beyond the questions I was asking.

Today I messaged him again, asking for some investment advice. I ended up making a big mistake, and Shin being the compassionate person he is, he gave me his attention for a whole SIX hours trying to fix the mistake I made, which he did indeed help me to do. He taught me invaluable information about the Cryptocurrency markets in a matter of a day, that I wouldn't have learnt in weeks. He truly doesn't get enough credit for how much work he puts in to help people who message him, and I just wanted to give him the recognition he deserves.

Broke my phone with 2FA so I lost access to my sythe account. Shin disabled it in about 5 minutes time and now I am able to resume my status as most trusted and best looking sythe member. Thanks Shin.
