A friendly post to let you know how you could improve. I'm not going to post pictures or anything, and I don't expect a rude reply, but this is a suggestion, hence the feedback thread.
I think you could improve on how you speak to sythe members, I recently got a ban for something I was innocent for, which has actually has resulted in a successful appeal. Initially, I was banned and I wanted a second opinion, I explained every detail to you and instead of listening to me/seeing things from my point of view, you were stubborn and refused to understand/listen, and took the lazy route out and told me if I didn't pay somebody elses debt, I would not be unbanned, unless I requested a pardon, which is also assuming I was the scammer, as I have no reason to request a pardon if I am not the scammer. Fair enough, this is fine, if that's all you can do, so be it, but referring to me as the scammer isn't cool when there isn't sufficient evidence to back this up.
The thing that I think you could be better with, is the fact that if somebody is telling you they are not the scammer, and appealing, stop referring to them as the scammer. Throughout the conversation, you repeatedly said "you need to pay YOUR debts off, and that the ban evader was YOUR account instead of saying potentially yours or other words to suggest it could be mine, but not necessary mine. I personally think you handled my scam report extremely unprofessionally and were extremely patronising at times over skype. Another thing, you were quick to twist my words into making me confess to a scam I did not commit. If I said something which could potentially have 2 meanings, you would copy and paste the message in a quote and question me about something I had just answered, this is not cool, it's patronising and rude.
I am not writing this to flame or point any fingers, i'm simply writing this to give feedback, which is what the point of the thread is. So hopefully you won't give me a reply like you did on skype, and hopefully you'll take this constructive criticism and build on it. If you would like, I could post particular screenshots of the times I have mentioned above so you could see where exactly I mean.

Well, first off, I want to apologize for our conversation on Sythe. Generally, when someone adds me on Skype to deal with disputes, I ask them to post in the dispute forum and be patient instead of trying to deal with the report (unless I was the person who banned the user).
This was a very strange case to deal with, and I felt I was only able to respond with the facts presented before me. Furthermore, I tried offering all possible solutions to aid in you being unbanned, but you began retaliating instead.
I apologize for the way things went, but I tried directing you in the way that would help you most with being unbanned. I did not handle it in the best way, but I hope you can forgive me for that.

The thread created by Abarta did not provide evidence of everything that occurred. That situation has been handled and I would like to move past it.
