    @Techie Users can look at each other's profiles and information through their "userlookup".

    Users can see each other's stats and trophies through these. There is a search bar on neopets where you can look up another user's profile. Alternatively, you can use the address bar and type in the username at the end of this address:

    This information is only visible if you have an account on Neopets.

    I will send you the unedited screenshots through p.m. I took them in this way so that you could see that I was taking the screenshots on the date and time I said I had.

    I searched the account a few times just to check... because her screenshots seemed fishy and the way everything happened, I just didn't believe her. She stalled for quite some time when she was asked to provide these screenshots, and when I asked her for a refund the first time her demeanor changed completely... and magically the account was frozen. It was fishy.

    As far as unfreezing the account, I'm not sure how that was done. The only explanation is that sarahenglement123 is lying about speaking to support, and that she hadn't in fact done so. If she had, and her screenshots were real, support wouldn't have unfrozen the account under any circumstances. Especially if there were multiple people trying to sign into it. They wouldn't have gone back on that statement, that's a fact.

    I think she lied about losing access to the account in the first place, lied about speaking to support, lied about multiple people trying to gain access to the account at once, froze the account herself, and emailed support several days later to have it unfrozen. All things that are extremely easy to do.

    To freeze an account yourself, there is a link you can follow, and getting it back is as simple as emailing support with the name of the original email, as she has already shown she is quite versed in.

    No one can access this original email, so there's no way ANYONE could have gotten it back if her screenshots were real and valid.

    As far as finding the original email, I'll p.m. you about that. I don't think it's a good idea to post that where everyone can see.

    After I got this information, I went to check if the email was indeed purged as was claimed. To be as thorough as possible, I tried to recreate it which did not work. It said there was already an account with this name. Then, I tried to sign in just to see if this was correct, and it said it didn't exist/is in the process of being purged.

    I didn't have to put in a password. All you have to do is put the username into the box and hit Next, and no password is required for it to tell you that the account is not valid.

    I work full time and can’t be glued to my phone handling Neopet issues.

    I provided screenshots. The times were whacky because of outlook time zones settings. I even posted the ticket number on the highway to help board if you wanna go back and look at that. I don’t even know how to fake a screenshot lmaooo.

    I emailed Alice asking why she unfroze it and am waiting a response. It’s possible that another support employee could have picked up the ticket that wasn’t Alice and granted access.

    You can lie about whatever you need to to say how you figured out the email address, but the fact is that you DO know it is the problem. Why would you even need it? Like what would that serve you other than account recovery?

    For anyone still lurking - if you trade for or purchase an UC Faerie Wocky named Zailynn, be sure to report it to mods, because it’s on a compromised account.

    No. When suspicious activity happens on an account, TNT leaves notes on the account describing the suspicious activity. It is NOT possible that another support employee picked up this account and unfroze it 2 days later if "there were multiple people trying to access it."

    You already have my money, you arent losing out whatsoever in this. So posting anything about this pet doesnt make you look any less guilty, it makes you look like an ass.

    You claimed it was purged, and that the account couldnt be recovered without it. The account magically became unfrozen, so I wanted to check myself and have proof.

    You arent warning anyone of anything. What an excuse LOL. You are playing this off as a final way to make yourself look innocent.

    Everyone knows you already have your money, so it isnt any loss for you to try this as a last resort. Go ahead, do you hun.

    It’s not a last resort. I haven’t done anything wrong, I was just informing others of the pets name, and now I am leaving this thread bc it continues to go nowhere productive and you twist things a lot.

    I haven't twisted anything. I'm simply telling you the most logical explanation for these things. Also calling you out on your lies and shady behavior. I am also allowed to be angry and upset, seeing as I'm the one who lost out on both a neopet and my money.

    The mod will get to it when she gets to it. She is already on it, and you've said multiple times that you weren't engaging anymore. Yet you keep coming back.

    So feel free to go about your business and have a nice day... with my money. :)
