I was banned for ban evading, and the original reason for the bans is a little more complicated. I was a stupid 16 year old and sincerely apologise for my decisions, it all occurred 4-5 years ago.
First reason for ban was scamming 9m 07 GP in the process of buying an iTunes gift card.
Second reason was not paying a 5m 07 dice bet on a Sythe roll.
Third reason was scamming $10 USD PayPal in an Ikov GP trade.
I also received a TWC for using a fake middle man (didn’t scam).
Fourth reason for ban was making a fake vouch thread (didn’t scam).
Fifth reason for ban was scamming $2 USD PayPal in an RSPS gold trade.
Sixth reason for ban was scamming $3.50 USD PayPal in an RSPS Gold Trade

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayments of victims:
hocRmk2014 - Scammed for 9m 07 GP, but can’t contact him as his Sythe account is banned (sent him a Skype message but got no reply).
Jeremy kyle - Scammed for 5m 07 GP, but can’t contact him as his Sythe account is banned (couldn’t find his Skype name to message for refund).
Dosier - Scammed for $10 USD PayPal, but can’t contact him as his Sythe account is banned (couldn’t find his Skype name to message for refund).
Oli - scammed for $2 USD Paypal, but can’t contact him as his Sythe account is banned (couldn’t find his Skype name to message for refund).
LDGonzales - scammed for $3.50 USD PayPal, but can’t contact him as his Sythe account is banned (couldn’t find his Skype name to message for refund).

All up I scammed 5 people for the equivalent value of $15.5 USD PayPal and 14m 07 GP. I would like to pay $50 USD in Bitcoin to a staff member to go into holding in the event that any of my victims contact staff, and can receive double their amount of money back. I sincerely apologise for my actions 4-5 years ago. I'm locked out of the Paypal account to check the email's that sent the $2 and $3.50 payments so that I can email them and ask to refund them. I was a stupid 16 year old and was not empathetic at the time and scamming in total around $15-30 of money from people in small trades as low as $2 (stupid I know). All of the scams occurred over 4-5 years ago, and I am sincerely sorry for my actions. I have since moved on and wanted to start fresh (4-5 years later), I’ve donated $300 to Sythe, completed over $13k of trades and made a lot of friends in the community. I know what I did was stupid, and I wish I could take my actions back. I’ve been on Sythe as an active and legitimate member and would like to just be apart of the community again. I wish I can be given another chance to be apart of Sythe again.

I've read the replies by Wortel, in terms of the debt being $30 to @dosier it is actually $10 not $30 USD Paypal. Dossier reported 2 people in 1 scam report, the second part of the scam report is against me for $10 USD paypal. He also confirms this on the feedback on my Powerbot profile. @dosier is banned on Sythe and was last seen on Powerbot in 2015. I’m not sure if I need to apply for an unban on Powerbot as it was the same scam with the same person, @dosier, on Sythe.

In terms of the $467 AUD to @Nytrix, I can’t see the scam report against Jacob5858, it says no permission to view. Could you upload a screenshot of what it says? I cannot recall this.

Other than I'm happy to pay the BTC for the community repayment fund immediately.

I am really unsure whether or not this actually happened, as the accusation was made without/deleted evidence, and the user in question has had their middle man rank removed, and has been very inactive recently. Nonetheless I've sent a message to him on Skype to discuss the situation with him:

I also received messages from someone claiming to be hocRmk2014 to receive a refund, however after discussing with Wortel have identified that this person was most likely attempting to imposter the real hocRmk2014 in order to get free gold. I will put hocRmk2014 money into the community repayment fund as originally instructed, unless this person can otherwise confirm they are the real hocRmk2014.

As the evidence in the accusation by Nytrix is missing, and he is a bit inactive. What is the next step?

And even in that case he has scammed someone else, so this goes to community repayment fund either way.

This isn't what I requested, I requested you to make a dispute to ask what needs to be done and what your ban reasons were on the account called "Scarbilite". Please provide them with the link of this pardon thread aswell.

I know at the moment we're just waiting for Nytrix to reply, but thought I would ask if the BTC payment address can be sent to me so I can send the funds for the community repayment?

In the mean time, I think it would be worthwhile mentioning I have remained active in the forums despite my DNT, and I am not just here to trade or make money. I want to become more involved in the community.

I'd really like to request your mercy in this request for pardon. I'm attached and more involved in the community now, and whilst I only have 100ish post count, I want to spend more time here. Thanks for your time and hard work reviewing these pardons as I know it is all voluntarily and must be a nightmare.

 

You have one month to try and repay @Nytrix. Make sure to actively try and attempts doing so. As a future note it also appears you hosted a giveaway event despite being known with The Official Sythe.org Rules which explicitly state not to trade while being a DNT.

Either way, keep us posted how repaying Nytrix goes. If he hasn't replied by the 1st of December please let us know.
