what are you talking about? Obama released his short and long form birth certificate. What else does he have to show, a video of him being born? we want to see Romney's returns from when he wasn't running for president, to show how much he truly paid in taxes. The rest of your post is highly exaggerated and mostly lies.

 

They Both Suck

 

1) One count says he has kept 38% of his promises. That's very good when you have a Congress that's main goal is to make you lose your election.

2) Romney and Ryan cut the same 716 billion and MORE. It is NOT cutting services. It is reducing the cost while offering the same services. It has been made the "lie of the year" and Romney and Ryan been saying it even though they both endorse it and they are misrepresenting what it really is.

3) He did not create the debt. He came in with a trillion dollar deficit because of the economy being shitty. Bush turned a slight deficit into a 500 billion dollar deficit and then a trillion dollar deficit when the economy crashed. Obama has turned it around and they are shrinking, mainly due to the improved economy which Obama has little control over.

4) Source of raising taxes $2500? ObamaCare will get 30 million people health insurance. It will also reduce the cost of health insurance after it is fully implemented. He didn't give it to the Russians. We have a rover on Mars. We have worked with the Russians on space exploration for decades and we are moving towards private companies. Just this week the first private company delivered supplies to the International Space Station. They are going to use the same rocket and fit it for people. We haven't given up at all. He isn't funding NASA enough but the GOP would never let him even if he tried. But space exploration is moving towards the private sector and until they have a person carrier we will rely on the Russians (for the next few years I'd assume).

5) Are you fucking retarded? Romney would give the military 2 trillion dollars more than they have asked for. Obama hasn't cut military spending by any reasonable amount, unless you count the fiscal cliff that's only in place because the GOP refused to compromise. I want Obama to actually cut military spending by a substantial amount. We don't need it. It doesn't help us.

6) Source for the footprint quote? That's generally for environmental issues and he's right. We have to address climate change and switch to renewables. That will make us energy independent and drive the cost of oil down. And no he does not want to turn us into a third world country. If he did, he wouldn't have passed Obamacare.

7) Obama did release both forms of his birth certificate. Get off "bullshit mountain" and come back to reality.

8) The majority holder of our debt is the Fed, not China. Bush paid for two unneeded wars through debt and you aren't bitching about that? Romney's budget would add at least 5 trillion to the debt and you aren't bitching about that?

9) He didn't raise the number on food stamps. The economy being shitty did.

10) What the fuck are you talking about? The Republicans have been able to block whatever bill they wanted since he took office. The Democrats never had the 60 (Maybe for a bit but I do not believe so... maybe some died or something... can't recall) votes in the Senate to override filibusters. The GOP has blocked almost all of Obama's attempts to turn around the economy especially now that they control the house.

11) Romney lied and lied and lied and lied and lied and lied and lied and lied during the first debate. He also prepped for months. And its a debate. Presidents don't ever debate. Candidates do. Its a meaningless activity that only the ignorant care about.

12) Romney's budget can only work if he drastically raises taxes on the middle class. Obama on the other hand has CUT taxes on the middle class. The Republicans didn't want to extend those cuts because they "didn't pay for them" which goes against everything they say ever.

13) Romney bought companies and then did whatever it took to profit off of them. If that meant running them into the ground, he did. If it meant outsourcing jobs to China, he did. If it meant expanding through massive debts to the company and then selling out for a massive profit and leaving a debt riddled massive company that had no way to sustain itself, he did. Oh and running the country isn't running a business. You don't just wave a wand and create jobs.

14) I laugh. Romney in the same day said he was pro-choice and then he said he was pro-life. He says whatever it takes to get elected. I honestly do not understand how anyone could even consider voting for him. Obama isn't great or near perfect but Romney and the GOP are just awful and are living in another universe.

15) And no. If you are saying what your Dad is: He is either a moron or paid by Fox news. And no what you are saying is not fact unless you watch Fox news in which case you live in an alternate reality where lies are actually facts and facts are lies.

 

ROMNEY. Being in the oil industry, Obama has NOTHING good to offer me and my family.
It might sound selfish(and IDGAF), but in my personal working life..i worry about ME, and what's good for ME. I dont care if obama offers crap that might benefit other people and their industries. He has nothing good to offer ME and the industry I work in. therefore, he can go fk himself. I want the one who will keep my job stability at it's peak, and Obama is not the solution for ME.

This is the real world, where I have a family to support. Two $55k+ vehicles to pay for, a roof, and every other bill imaginable that a normal family would have. If I want to keep our high quality of life the way that it is, then my decisions have to be based on what will keep our lives intact. I don't want silly wind-energy and alternative fuel sources to take a huge part of the nations budget. I'm not concerned with emissions, I get a combined 13mpg average. Focus on what we know works and is abundant. OIL AND GAS.

 

The obama quote is taken ridiculously out of context. In the speech he had been talking about if you owned a business, you paid taxes. Those taxes went to building roads and bridges. He was referring to the fact that you didn't build the roads and bridges, not that you didn't build your business.

 

So you're saying that just because you choose to A) ruin the environment and B) waste money on poor choices that the rest of the country should suffer? Do you care about your family, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren? You have to think beyond ME to them. What are your great great grandkids going to do if we don't look into alternative sources of energy and all of a sudden the US has no coal and we're having to pay other countries for coal like oil? Do you really want to rely on say China or India to power all of our power plants? What if the Middle East collapses and cuts off oil supply - bet your grandchildren are going to be happy that you decided that your big 13 mpg truck is sitting out their in their driveway. This is a bit hyperbolous but honestly if everyone thought like you in the next couple of generations prices for nonrenewable energy sources will sky rocket because of over consumption. Look at China who is the worlds next economic superpower - they're use of coal and other nonrenewable resources have increased exponentially over the last few years because of mass industrialization of industry there as well as India.

The goal of everyone should be an energy independent US, so that we are self-sufficient and don't have to rely on an unstable Mid East or a non-infinite coal supply.

 

1) Drilling and production of oil is high under Obama. I don't have specific numbers but I am almost certain there is more drilling and more production under Obama than there was under Bush.

2) If you can not afford two 55k vehicles, don't buy them. Oil will not last forever. It may not even last another 100 years. Stop being so selfish and think about the future. If we do not invest in alternatives now the future is fucked. Global warming is also starting to get to a point of no return. We have to work to address that issue before our planet is totally fucked.

3) Obama also supports the development of more natural gas wells. He also supports alternatives. His energy policy is all of the above and he has shown that again and again. Keep producing more of our current fuels while trying to bring demand down while developing new fuels. Its better for the economy and better for the environment and better for us in the long run.

The government built the roads, the internet, and other publicly accessed utilities. So everyone is entitled to pay more taxes because the government built some stuff with the tax money. Businesses couldn't possibly thrive without the government, they should have to pay more taxes.

You see, the government actually doesn't make money. They have to take money in order to do things.

The quote is not taken out of context. Sure, the government hired some contractors and labor to build the bridge or road, but who paid for it? Sure as shit wasn't the government. Those businesses and tax payers who needed the road payed for it. This is the illusion of government.

 

Whomever cuts taxes.
