Military Draft

this is free world ppl do w/e they want!

 

i think it should be something that you sign up for....and if you do sign up saying that if needed, you will go to war, the incentive should be maybe tax deductions on your taxes every year like getting paid out $2,000

and if you choose to not be drafted, then you dont get that deduction on your taxes

i think thats the best way

 

It depends. If we're the aggressors like in Iraq, then no, especially when there's no evidence to suggest they're a viable threat.

If we're on the defense, however, like in WWII against Japan, then yes, I think a military draft would be ok, so long as it was about protecting ourselves as americans and our right to live in our country without fear of enemy attack.

 

If everyone wasn't so selfish pricks in the first place, fighting over valued materials and power, we wouldn't need to go to war.

Forcing someone out of there home, because of someone elses decision, in which you had no say in, is in fact, selfish. You've never been in a war, shot someone, experienced dead children and people before you, therefore, you have no experience to have a say in people's lives.
