Honestly, I get around 3-4 lucid dreams a year.

They're awesome. It's like a muted-color real life experience, but things happen exactly as you want them to.

try neuro programmer 2 it free for awhile like 30 days then u have to pay for it but it works for just about anything you could use binarual beats for including lucid dreaming

I can do that when i want too, i just think about it before bed. It takes alot of thought to realize your in a dream.
