Legit or Phish?

I got an email from Paypal telling me to check my activity for this month, never got one before like this. The link they provided me was http://email0.paypal.com, the website certificate is Paypal Pte Ltd (SG). Is this a really paypal or a phishing email?

i got one like this, altho i cant remember the link, it was the same, showing me my transactions for the month. its legit from paypal. hold on lemme see if i can pull it up again. nvm i must have deleted, but yea i got about a same msg.
